The last time I saw Kate was at my grandfather's house and I never wanted to see her again. She reminded me of myself as Killian but here she is, in my house.
I mean, Kelsey's house.
"Are you trying to strangle my daughter to death?" Kelsey yelled at her as she rushed down the stairs.
"Of course not, we're playing... who's the strongest," Kate said and turned to Lila. "Right, Lily?"
"My name is Lila and no, we weren't. You were definitely strangling me,"
That's my girl! That way, Kelsey would get upset and send her out of the... Huh?
Kate bent her head and whispered into her ear.
"I'll get some ice cream for..."
"We were definitely playing who's the strongest, mommy!"
Damn it! That brat lured my daughter with ice cream. And how could she fall into that trap?
Kelsey sighed like she already had a busy day at the office, before taking my hand in hers.
