Her brows pulled into a frown. "But you could help him." She gestured indignantly.
Alejandro chuckled. "Nope. Boss would kill me. And the Don would punish him for disobeying orders."
Genevieve blinked. "But the Don is his father!" She stared at him, baffled. Then she shook her head. "You know what? Never mind. Clearly, you all think differently in this part of the world."
She crossed her arms, mulling it over before offering, "Then how about we just go home? We're done shopping anyway, and I don't have anywhere else I need to be. Plus, he can actually rest there. That's using one stone to kill two birds."
