Hearing these words, Kranos's eyes widened in shock. He could hardly believe it. He stared at Kathryn as though he was looking at a ghost. In his mind, he was wondering how she knew that his soul was injured. Even he hadn't been able to discover what was wrong with him after using the previous regression ability.
Kathryn's smile didn't recede in the slightest as she replied, "I'm a Royal elf; I can faintly sense the state of one's soul. I can see that your soul is severely injured and full of cracks. Given more time, your state will only worsen."
Kranos was shocked hearing her words. He didn't expect his soul to be so badly injured! After pondering more on her words, Kranos knew that he had no choice but to follow Kathryn to the ruin if he wanted to heal his soul.
