‘Kid! Has your dad been possessed by some sort of ghost?’’
Alex gave a knowing look in response.
‘Don't worry, just ask Dr. Kent to prescribe him some medicine later.’
After that, he took a sip of the French mushroom soup, thinking that Emma would surely love it. He decided to have her try it next time.
Ethan pursed his lips.
This boy was only gentle with his sister and mom. To everyone else, he was just as icy and sharp-tongued as Steven. In some ways, they were practically carved from the same mold.
One was a daughter fanatic, and the other a sister fanatic. He couldn't imagine how much these two cold-faced kings would beam if Emma were here.
