Steven quickly typed a message in the chat.
[I am not your dad.]
Emma continued, full of excitement.
"But you are my daddy! Thank you, Daddy!"
Steven shook his head, thinking he was indeed too soft-hearted. Her claiming she was going to buy a watch for her dad was probably a lie, too.
On the other hand, the chat kept rolling.
[Whoever pays gets to be her dad. She has no dignity at all!]
[Exactly; she has such thick skin! I'm one hundred percent sure she's lying about buying a watch!]
Emma was anxious.
"I'm not lying!"
[Then turn on your camera and let us see if you're really playing chess yourself!]
Emma saw that Steven hadn’t left the live stream room and didn't dare to turn on her camera, afraid that her identity would be revealed.
"No... I can't."
[Why not? I think you're just scared since you’re lying!]
Steven realized he was wasting his time, watching a live stream of an influencer packaged by the company.
He shook his head and exited the live stream room.
