As Aurora entered the living room, she was surprised to find Sophia and Matthew conversing casually with her father.
She didn't expect him to join them for dinner as well.
"Aurora, it's great to see you awake. How are you feeling, my dear?" Sophia asked cheerfully as she invited her to join them.
"Are you feeling alright, Rory?" A worried flash crosses Thomas Moon's face, making Aurora feel guilty for causing their concern.
"Sophia, Uncle, I'm fine. I just overslept. I'm really sorry to make you all wait." She smiled, easing the concern of the elders around her.
"It's fine, Aurora. We didn't rush to start dinner because we were waiting for Alex. He will join us soon, so I hope you can wait a little longer; he should be here shortly..." Matthew said with a warm smile as he saw Aurora approach them.
"Yes, I'm fine. I'm not hungry yet. I'll go outside to wait for him," Aurora hurriedly said as she headed to the main entrance for Alex.
