"So that's pretty much all you missed." Harry said, having finally caught Thor up on everything that had happened since he had last been on Earth.
"Wow, that's a lot to take in." Thor said, frowning briefly before his frown turned upside down into a smile. "I'm looking forward to meeting this daughter of yours." He grinned.
"I'm glad, but you haven't really explained what you are doing here." Harry reminded him. "Why are you even on Midgard? Why didn't you call us?"
"It's a… long story." Thor sighed. "I had been travelling to various worlds and realms, and then when I finally get back to Asgard I discover that Odin actually hasn't been on Asgard in quite some time."
"What do you mean?" Harry frowned. "Are you trying to say Odin is here on Earth? What is that asshole…"
"He's my father." Thor reminded him.
"… doing here on Earth?" Harry finished as if he hadn't heard Thor speak.
"I'm not entirely sure," Thor admitted. "my mother is apparently with him. Loki had been pretending to be him and ruled Asgard in his name, Loki told me he was doing so under Odin's orders."
"Under Odin's orders?" Harry repeated disbelievingly.
"I also find it hard to believe, but I feel like he is telling the truth." Thor replied. "I brought Loki with me to Midgard and…" Thor found himself interrupted by Harry who had hit him across the face with a dope slap.
"I'm sorry, but it sounded like you just said that Loki is on Earth… again." Harry said in a calm voice.
"He is, I…" Thor was cut off as Harry slapped him again.
"I'm sorry, that was the last one." Harry said apologetically. "Please continue."
"Fine," Thor spoke, giving Harry a mild glare. "I brought him here to find my parents when suddenly he was taken away by some sort of portal, one which left an address for me. This address." He said, gesturing to the home of Dr Strange.
"Right, you need to talk to him about your family, and I need to talk to him about warding my home AND your family." Harry said before gesturing to the door, he wasn't normally one to interfere in family business but when that family was the royal family of Asgard and could potentially end up destroying a large amount of the planet, he had to make an exception. "Shall we?"
"Yes, let's go." Thor said before he raised his hand to knock on the door.
"Oh, wait a sec." Harry said, grabbing Thor by the shoulder.
"What?" Thor blinked.
"You'll understand soon." Harry replied before gesturing to the door with his head. Thor gave him an odd look before knocking on the door, only to blink when he suddenly found himself and Harry inside the building, it was only Harry's hand on his shoulder that stopped him from stumbling.
"Thor Odinson and Harry Potter." A voice said, the two turned and saw Dr Strange glide down before stopping in front of them. "Take a seat." He said before the two were suddenly transported into another room, Harry still had a hold on Thor so he was able to stop them both from falling into the two chairs behind them.
"Did the Ancient One tell you what happened when she tried that trick with me?" Harry asked Dr Strange.
"Um… no, not really." Dr Strange said, shaking his head.
"Well, I threatened her. I'd rather not do that with you but if that's the only way the message will stick in…" Harry trailed off questioningly.
"Right….right, got it, no more of that." Dr Strange nodded before gesturing to the seats behind the two. "Please, sit down." He said, he continued talking after the two men had taken their seats. "Firstly, Mr Potter, those books you requested." He said just before a small pile of books landed on Harry's lap.
"Neat," Harry said before he turned those books into portkeys and sent them straight to his new home. "now, I have just very recently became aware of the fact that Odin, his wife and Loki happen to be on Earth along with sparkles over here. And apparently you have Loki."
"Yes, I do." Dr Strange confirmed, he turned his gaze to Thor. "I keep a watch list of individuals and beings that pose a threat to this world, and your brother is most definitely on that list."
"It'd be kind of a shitty list if he wasn't." Harry commented.
"Indeed," Thor agreed. "so… may I have him back, please?" He politely asked Dr Strange.
"Before we get to that, I'd like to ask, why are you and Loki here?" Dr Strange asked, raising an eyebrow.
"We're looking for my parents." Thor answered.
