Chapter 3 - 003 - Standoff.(Uptaded)

The massive amounts of aura that is radiating beetwen these two is insane. I definitely got reincarnated in Jujutsu Kaisen. Should I start eating random fingers that I come across now? I should probably leave and not get caught up between these two. If I say one single word i'll turn into stone. Maybe freeze to death. Which is less painful?

"White o- Alya? That was fast." - I said

I mean I have a point. How many minutes has it been since i've came to the Service Club. I've even noticed some sweat on her forehead. Did she run here? Maybe she's the type to sweat alot during summer.

What I didn't notice was when I said her name, Yukinoshita suddendly sharpened her gaze towards Alya, she in return raised her head up and smiled in delight.

"Oh it's nothing. I just asked around and they quickly told me. But Aiko... Can you tell me who this lady is?" - she responds with a smile

Yukinoshita furrows her brows, noticing how I didn't reject her calling me by my name.

"This is the president of the Service Club - Yukinoshita Yukino, 2nd year. From today onwards i'll be joining her and helping her with the club activities."

"Club activities. Hm, I understand."

"I thought that I'll visit you, since I was nearby and all. So what are the club activities about?"

"It's a Consulting Service Club."

"Hm, I see, a club with no goal, a club for useless people. I can't relate. What's the fun in that?"

"..."

"Oh, and you can go ahead, I have something to talk about with miss Club President over here" - she responds with a smile.

I turn my gaze between the two.

Do they know each other? Are they friends? Doesn't seem like it considering the look both of them are giving each other. More like friends turned into enemies.

"Sure, no problem."

Hope they don't kill each other and me not taking the blame for it. Wouldn't want getting on the news tomorrow.

Just imagining it... Damn.

I close the door and leave the room.

3ND POV

As soon as he closed the door and walked away, the room transformed into a frigid landscape reminiscent of Mount Everest. It's a battle between a Wild Cat and a Snow Leopard. Suddendly, Alya asks:

"You. You're the one who forced him into joining this club, am I right?" - she said with a calm voice, her eyes narrowing as she fixed her gaze on Yukino.

Yukino, unafraid of the girl in front of her, responds:

"And what if I am? Do you have any problem with that?" - she said with a sharp and confident tone.

Alya took a step closer, her smile fading into a more serious expression. "Aiko is my friend. I don't appreciate people manipulating him into situations he doesn't want to be in." - her expression softening slightly -"I just want what's best for him. He's been through enough, and he doesn't need someone like you complicating his life even further."

"You don't know anything about me or my intentions. Aiko is a valuable addition to the Service Club, and I won't apologize for recognizing his potential." - Yukino's eyes flashed with a mix of anger and something else - perhaps a hint of guilt?

"If that's the case, then tell me, what's the best for him? What is the best decision for him to make? Should he go out and play with his friends, or should he sit in his room, all alone and sad because nobody likes him?" - Yukino continued.

"You and I both know that's not how it works. People like you have a way of making others feel like they don't have a choice. You use your words and your influence to get what you want, regardless of who gets hurt in the process." - Alya shot back.

The tension in the room was palpable, the air thick with unspoken words and unresolved feelings. Alya and Yukino stood facing each other, two forces of nature locked in a silent battle of wills, each carrying the weight of a love that had once been, in a timeline now lost.

Finally, Alya sighed, her shoulders relaxing slightly - "Fine. But if I find out you're hurting him or using him for your own gain, I won't hesitate to step in. I want what's best for him. This doesn't mean were friends."

"Very well. This conversation is over. Now leave my club room." - Yukino replied, turning away from the white-haired girl.

"I was going to, but then you had to make a big deal about it. See you around, Ice Empress." - Alya said, her smile growing wider as she exited the room.

She pushed the door open and stepped out into the hallway, the sound of her footsteps echoing softly as she walked away.

Yukino remained in the room for a moment longer, her thoughts a whirlwind of memories and emotions. She walked over to the window and looked out at the school grounds, the students milling about, oblivious to the complexities of her heart. She thought about Aiko in her past, about the way he had looked at her when he first entered the Service Club room, the mix of reluctance and curiosity in his eyes. She knew she had been harsh, forcing him into the club like that. But she also knew that he needed a place where he could belong, where he could find a sense of purpose.

As she turned away from the window, she made a silent promise to herself. She would do her best to make the Service Club a place where Aiko could truly thrive, where he could find the happiness he deserved.

Meanwhile, Aiko sat in his classroom, his mind a whirlwind of thoughts.

"I wonder what I should eat for dinner..."

AIZAWA AIKO POV

Later that day, as the final bell rang and students began to file out of their classrooms, I found myself walking down the hallway with Alya, their steps slow and deliberate. I glanced at Alya, who seemed lost in thought, her expression a blend of determination and something softer, perhaps a hint of nostalgia.

"So, Alya," - I began, breaking the silence - "What did you and Yukino talk about after I left?"

I mean, I was curious. Maybe they were lovers from the past and turned into enemies due to a bad relationship. That's very plausible. Somebody can write a novel about that...

Alya paused for a moment, her gaze distant, before she turned to face me, a wry smile playing on her lips.

"Nothing much. We just had a little chat about you."

"Me? Why?"

"Because she's the club president and you're the newest member, silly! Of course she wants to know about you!"

I furrowed my brow.

"That doesn't make any sense. Why would she care about me?"

"You're so oblivious sometimes, Aiko. She's just being a good leader. Don't worry about it too much."

The way her blue eyes seemed to pierce right through me... atleast she was friendly.

I understand that everyone had their secrets, their own battles to fight. Just some battles are more important that others, the more popular ones always have support behind them, while the unpopular ones fade into the dark, never to be seen again... just like mine.

As we walked, my mind wandered to the memories of my past. Why was I reincarnated? What's the point if everything is happening the same way as before? It was a strange and complex web of emotions, and I couldn't help feeling like I was caught in the middle of something I didn't fully understand.

This is complicated... I wish I just stayed dead. So i wouldn't need to feel like this. But despite this uncertainty that I have in me... I felt a sense of hope, a belief that maybe, just maybe, I could find a way to navigate this tangled path of mine.

As they walked, she suddendly broke the silence:

"Hey, Aiko," Alya said, her voice pulling him back to the present. "What are you thinking about?"

"Just stuff. Nothing important."

She smiled back.

"I think you're important. To me, at least."

She nodded, her eyes reflecting a deep understanding. "And It's okay to feel uncertain, Aiko. We all have moments like that. But remember, you're not alone. We'll face whatever comes our way together."

"Thank you... I guess"

I smiled... or tried to smile. I don't really know how to. Haven't tasted a sense of happiness in a long time. Just destroying my body for work, thinking about work, how to make more money... Thinking back, I should of prioritized my health a bit more. Some people are more genetically gifted than others, whether it's looks, status, height, which parents you have, you can't really choose that. If you're stuck with abusive dead-end parents, good luck trying to get out of there without getting a dose of depression. Atleast my parents were good people till the very last moment. That was the only thing I can say something good about my life.

She might find me crazy if I say this to her, but whatever... I've been through worse, it's not like if I lose her as a friend the whole universe would crumble down. I want someone to listen to me, anybody, girl, guy - doesn't matter.

"Hey Alya"

"Yes Aiko~" - she responds with a smile on her face

"What if I said... Let's say... I somehow or somewhat, remember my past life to a certain extent. Would you believe me?" - I said. To a certain extent is kind of a lie, considering I remember everything, but oh well, she doesn't need to know about that.

She suddenly stopped in her tracks, her gaze slowly turning towards me like stone, her expression one of shock.

"...Say that again?"
