POV: Guhan
The land changed as Guhan crossed the final ridge. The green of Indravan faded behind him. Ahead—Velkara stretched like a forgotten scar across the world.
Mountains cracked open by time. Forests with trees taller than towers. Winds that whispered in ancient tongues.
The dragons hadn't been seen in three thousand years.
But now… something had stirred.

🌌 [The Night Camp – Old Power Awakens]
Guhan set up camp under the roots of a twisted giant tree. The stars above Velkara looked different—closer, brighter, heavier.
He closed his eyes.
Then—dreams.
> Fire. Sky. A city floating above the clouds.
A dragon—eyes ancient, voice like thunder.
"You carry our echo, child of flesh. You are not like the others."
He gasped awake.
His sword pulsed faintly.
So did the glowing marks on his hand—ones that had never been there before.

🏹 [First Contact – The Trial of Flame]
He wandered deeper into the continent.
Then he saw it.
A stone gate built into the mountain, covered in scales and carved runes.
As he approached, fire erupted in front of him—forming into a draconic spirit. Not fully alive. Not fully gone.
> "Name thy strength," it growled.
"And prove thy soul is more than stolen skill."
Guhan gritted his teeth.
> "I don't steal," he said. "I endure."
The spirit attacked.
Each blow tested him—not in power, but will. His memories warped. He relived the pain of every warrior he had ever healed. Every death he couldn't stop. Every life he carried inside him.
But he didn't fall.
He endured.
When it was over, the fire cleared.
The spirit knelt.
> "You… are worthy."

🐉 [The Echo Crystals]
Inside the mountain, Guhan found a chamber of glowing dragon crystals—each one pulsing with dormant knowledge.
He touched one—and his mind opened.
He saw visions of ancient dragon wars. How humans betrayed dragons for power. How the dragons sealed themselves in Velkara, waiting for a day the world would need them again.
And now… that day was coming.

🐾 [Final Scene – The First Dragon]
A deep rumble echoed through the caves.
A shadow moved.
Scales the size of shields. Wings folded like cathedrals.
A pair of golden eyes opened in the dark.
> "You are not yet ready, but you are not yet broken."
A dragon was awakening.
