*In the ShuriCopter.*
"Great. The whole city's under attack, and we have no idea where Aspheera is." said Lloyd.
Cole on a webcam. "Lloyd, Nya, Nova, Zane!"
"You ask for a sign, and it shall appear." mumbled Nova.
"We're here, but we have bad news. We have lost Aspheera." said Zane.
"That's okay, we found her. She's attacking the temple!" said Cole.
"What?" said Lloyd.
"Yeah, that's not all. We found out who the Deceiver is. And, um, well, I'm just gonna say it. It's —" Cole began explaining before being cut off at the end.
"It's Wu." Nova finished his sentence, while testing her weapon summoning powers to see that everything seemed fine.
Nya and Zane gasp in shock over hearing this.
"What?" said Lloyd again.
"It's a long story. The good news is, we have a plan. We know how to defeat Aspheera. There's another scroll out there somewhere, and we think Clutch knows where it is." said Cole
"Great, so where's Clutch?" Nya asked.
"In Ninjago hospital." said Nova, getting up from where she was sitting and went on to try her double jump ability, which of course ended with her hitting her head on the ceiling of the ShuriCopter. "Ow!"
"Nova, what are you doing?" Lloyd asked, since they all watched her confused.
"Maybe her head took some more damage, we didn't notice." said Nya.
"Nothing, just some warm ups." said Nova, rubbing her head. "Okay, looks like my gaming abilities aren't a problem for me. But now comes the big question, how the fuck. Am I gonna hide it from the others that my elemental powers are broken? Unstable? Glitched? One of those things, at least. While also not being seen as weaken like Kai."
"Ocea, I thought we were all done with the secrecy." said Lloyd, crossing his arms while tapping his foot.
"Lloyd, I mean it really. I haven't used my abilities for a while, and I just didn't want them to get all rusty." said Nova, now also crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow at him.
"How many times have you hit your head now?" Lloyd asked.
"How many times have you been captured by villains?" Nova asked.
"How many times have you been banned from kitchens?" Lloyd asked.
"How many times have you lost to me in video games?" Nova asked.
"How many times are you two gonna keep fighting!" shouted Nya.
Lloyd and Nova looked over at Nya, who seemed kind of tired and annoyed by watching them. "I don't know." They said in unison.
"Sounds like they are getting along now." said Zane.
Everyone starts laughing at this, now finding all of it just silly.
"So, how far are we from the hospital?" Lloyd asked.
"Not very far from now. We should be there in a few minutes." said Zane.
Nova went back to her seat with a small sigh. "I'm so gonna beat up Clutch, so he actually has a reason to stay in bed. To the point, his membership expires." A slight smirk formed on her face.
"What are you planning?" Lloyd asked, noticing her smirk.
"I'm not planning anything." said Nova, acting innocent.
"With that smirk of yours, I don't believe it." said Lloyd, giving her a skeptical look. "You've better not try and steal anything, Nova, we don't have the time for it."
"Oh, I'm not stealing anything this time. It's just something else I have in mind." said Nova, smiling at him.
"Are you gonna tell me?" Lloyd asked.
"Nope." Nova answered.
Lloyd sighs in annoyance at this, but decided to drop it since this wouldn't get them anywhere.
*At the hospital.*
"That's when I knew that both the treasure and her art would belong to me." Clutch chuckles. "Excellent! Finally, enough peace and quiet to work on my memoirs." Lloyd, Nova, Nya, and Zane barge in.
"We need the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu!" said Lloyd.
"It is logical for you to comply." said Zane.
"Time for you to earn your keep, explorer boy!" said Nya.
"Help us, or I'll make you into my personal punching bag!" said Nova.
"What? No, no, no. Don't tell me. I don't want to know. You want to know why I don't want to know? Because it sounds like you want me to go on an adventure and no, thanks!" said Clutch.
"You're an explorer. All you do is adventure!" said Lloyd.
"No. All I did was adventure. Now all I'm gonna do is cash big checks for writing books about those adventures. Cha-ching!" said Clutch.
"Dr. Powers, all of Ninjago is at stake." said Zane.
"Can I tell you something about Ninjago? Its fate is always at stake. Besides, I've got a broken leg. I couldn't help you even if I wanted to. Which, I do not." said Clutch.
"But without the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, we'll never—" said Nya.
"Oh, the second scroll? That's what you're looking for? Ha! No problem. It's at the Explorer's Club." said Clutch.
"Great! You're a member. You can help us." said Lloyd.
"Yeah, no. you see, that's the thing. Sounds like the beginning of an adventure, so, uh, how should I put this? NEIN!" said Clutch.
"That's it! You're coming with us whether you like it or not." Nya tries to pull him out of the bed.
Clutch starts frantically pushing the emergency button. "Oh, my! Oh, doctor! Heh, I'm feeling woozy."
"Oh, no! Your visitors would have to leave." They start to kick them out.
"But we —"
"Back off, Mister!" said Zane.
Nova quickly snuck past the doctor, and went straight at Clutch, landing a solid punch at where his eye patch was, making sure he would get a black eye from it. Before, she then got grabbed and pushed out.
"Nova! Are you crazy!" shouted Lloyd.
"You can't just punch people, we are ninjas. Not bullies." said Zane.
"I don't know, you two, he kind of deserved it. Even I was tempted to just knock him out." said Nya.
Nova rolled her eyes. "Come on. We don't need his help anyway." She said, leaving the hospital with a small smirk on her face. "That was so worth it. After all the bullshit he is gonna cause later on."
