Bunny's POV
Morning light filtered through the office windows as Bunny placed her laptop bag down. Today was the big day.
Her game project — the one she'd spent weeks on — was finally ready. And for once in her life, she was early.
Bunny (smiling to herself):
"Everything's in place. All I need is one good presentation."
Before the team arrived, she decided to grab a quick coffee from the café on the ground floor. She took her flash drive with her — but left her system open. Five minutes, that's all she needed.
Five minutes later…
She returned with her coffee, humming to herself — until she froze at her desk.
Bunny:
"...What the hell?"
Her screen was black. Then suddenly, her project file popped up with an error:
"File not found. Source deleted."
Her heart dropped.
Frantically, she checked her Recycle Bin.
Empty.
Someone had manually deleted her game project.
She could feel panic crawling up her throat. She stood, eyes scanning the floor.
No one around her seemed suspicious — but that didn't mean they weren't involved.
Coworker:
"Hey Bunny, you okay?"
Bunny (forcing a smile):
"Yeah… yeah. Just... tech stuff."
But inside, she was spiraling.
Bunny (thinking):
"No. Not today. I didn't come this far to mess it up."
And then — she remembered.
The backup copy.
Last night, just before logging off, she had made a duplicate on her email. She grabbed her phone, logged into her drive, and began downloading it.
When the team gathered for the pitch, she walked in late — breathless, but prepared.
Lead Manager:
"Bunny? You're up."
Bunny (confidently walking forward):
"Yes, I am."
She connected her screen, looked at the entire room — and began her presentation.
Confident. Poised. Composed.
By the end, there was a soft round of applause.
Coworker 1 (whispering):
"Wow. I didn't expect that from her."
Coworker 2:
"She's more prepared than half the team."
Bunny (to herself):
"I'm not losing. Not anymore."

Aarav's POV
From the glass balcony of the upper floor, Aarav watched the entire pitch unfold.
He had already seen the security footage from earlier — and he knew exactly who had deleted the project.
His jaw tightened.
Aarav (thinking):
"Someone tried to sabotage her. And she still rose above it."
He turned to his assistant.
Aarav:
"Set up a meeting with the tech team. I want the logs. I want the name."
Assistant:
"Yes, sir."
Aarav (softly):
"You made a mistake messing with her."
His eyes drifted back to Bunny's proud, relieved face.
Aarav (to himself):
"She doesn't know it yet, but I'm already watching her back."
