Chapter 1 - Chapter One: Karen

karen

Karen, in her forties, sits on a beach chair, wearing sunglasses and

contemplating the beauty of the sun and its light. People often wonder why Karen has never married or been in a relationship, and when they ask her, she says she will never marry. Even at forty she looks like she's in her twenties with her skin as clear as glass and not even a wrinkle Just under her eyes In addition to her amazing slimness, half of the teenage girls and young women desire her Those who suffer from obesity. In the midst of her contemplation, Karen remembers her best and worst days of middle school, and the reason she never entered into a relationship. Karen recalls her memories of when she finished middle school and her parents had to move, Because the area was full of gunfire andmissile sounds. Yes, it's World War II. Karen's parents had to move from Dresden to Fork because it was safe. Karen was excited to move out of that area not because of Sounds of gunfire or missiles, It was because of the girls there that Karen thought it was easy to make friends in middle school Every time she tried to make friends she got bullied. She didn't understand why She would do anything, even be the class clown, but she was also taking extra psychological damage. It caused her a complex about talking to others. She promised herself not to make any friends in the mixed preparatory school. When they arrived home, Karen had to put her things away and go to bed early because tomorrow was the first day. The next day Karen was very tired. When she arrived, she was shocked because the school was big. Karen was stupid. She could have asked anyone where her class was, But she was determined to go my way and come back my way, not to talk to anyone and no one to talk to me. I based this decision even on the simplest things. Because whenever she remembered the past she wanted to hit herself As punishment for what she was doing Even though she didn't do anything, people are disgusting. Anything he doesn't like, he doesn't accept, He wants him to change completely for him. This is at the expense of good people like Karen.Karen kept looking for her class and finally found it before the bell rang. She sat in the chair next to the last of the three chairs, even though she wanted to sit in the last one. But the boys were sitting in the end. It was the first time she saw boys and she froze in place. I stepped over them with a chair, She's really stupid. A boy could be sitting behind her, but she didn't know what to do. When everyone gathered, everyone was talking to each other to get to know each other. Except Karen, She didn't talk to anyone and no one talked to her, and that made matters worse. Karen got upset Why didn't anyone try to talk to her? But she showed that she was busy writing, but she wasn't writing anything. She was scribbling or writing random words.

Karen was a bit annoyed as if she was waiting for the teacher to come and get rid of the annoyance and jealousy. She writes with her random, meaningless words, her pen falls . She's getting it back , She saw something and kept looking at it. He was a boy who looked like her but everyone around him , As they said It's love at first sight . Karen didn't want to keep looking at him so she wouldn't look strange. She took the pen from the ground, turned around and kept smiling. She quickly took the mirror out of her bag and saw if she looked beautiful. She promised herself to look beautiful every day. As we said, she is stupid. Who knows he might look at her? The bell rang and the teacher came as Karen wished. The teacher was welcoming them and introducing them to the subject while Karen was lost in her thoughts. Like she found something she could live for. The bell for the first lesson rang, it won't be the first lesson no no it's the bell for the fifth lesson Karen was thinking about that boy for five classes. Then a teacher came and wanted to get to know them. This aroused Karen's interest. Not to stand out, but to at least know his name. Karen was eager to listen with intense concentration. His turn has finally arrived

Teacher: What is your name?

Klaus: Klaus, Klaus Orgren

Karen's eyes widened as if she had heard the name Angel, even though it was an ordinary, old name. She was daydreaming and thinking about Klaus. We forgot everything and then something happened that Karen didn't like.

Teacher: Um, can you hear me, miss?

The sound of students' laughter was audible. Then the teacher came forward and nudged her on the shoulder.

Teacher: Miss, please honor us with your name.

Karen sat in her place. It was very embarrassing, but she did not care that he laughed at her. What mattered to her was that Klaus Orgen laughed at her as well.

Karen: Karen, Karen Heinerd

Then the students laughed too. It wasn't because they were silly, but because it was the impudence of people. What is the benefit of people not knowing the reason for their brother's pain, or even someone they didn't know? All people want is to laugh and there is no difference between them and monkeys.

The first day ended and Karen quickly left, not because she was embarrassed, but because she had planned something clever. As we know, Karen has become afraid of talking to laughing monkeys, I mean people. She didn't want to talk to Klaus for fear that he would break her little heart. Karen thought that the only thing that would solve the problem was to talk to him or he might insult her. writing. Yes, writing. she thought of writing paper letters to him. But the problem is how can he respond to the message? She thought of exploring the school and seeing the places to tell him where to put the letter for her. She came home a little late. The poor mother thought she was talking to her friends. Or she found friends .

the mom: Dear Karen, where have you been?

Karen: I met some amazing friends, Mom.

The mother's joy was unbelievable because Karen's face exuded eternal happiness.

Mother: Dear, take a shower and change your clothes for dinner.

Karen: Okay, okay.

Karen finished washing her clothes and everything in a flash.

Karen: Can I have my dinner?

Mom: But it's still early and your father hasn't come yet. Karen: Never mind, give it to me quickly.

Mom: Why? Do you have something urgent? Karen: Yes, yes, very urgent. Mom: I can tell. Karen: Mom, what's wrong? I want to make some things like I used to. Mom: Okay, take it.

Karen loved making crafts and decorations, but this time she decided to decorate her letter to Klaus, not make some decorations or crafts. Karen didn't eat her dinner, but threw it through the window. It was impossible for anyone to discover that she threw it because there was a big tree under her window. When the grilled fish fell with the rice and vegetables, it got lost among the leaves. To be a delicious meal for stray animals . Now that Karen had started writing the letter, she was hesitant about what to write. She is really stupid or she only has good intentions. Who would believe that a girl loved someone from the first day? It may be a superficial love or a person resorting to other things because of loneliness.

She was hesitant and at the same time she thought of one thing. Love will not be real in adolescence .This is something that not all teenagers understand as a math problem. Karen's heart was telling her that she had the right to experience love, and even if it was a failed relationship, she could entertain herself with it for a while. Her mind was telling her that this was not the way to solve her problems. It is true that Karen is stupid, but she was afraid of the consequences of what would happen. Maybe he would take advantage of her, and her problems would increase and she would be more devastated. She returned the paper, envelope and her tools and took out her books. She was sad about the delicious fish meal that she threw away because she was full from her excitement. Suddenly she remembered her embarrassment today and how they laughed at her and at the same time no one spoke to her at all . While she was reading her book, her tears started falling for no reason. She just wanted someone to listen to her. There was no one there Even her mother, although she seemed poor, did not give any importance to her daughter's feelings. She thought she was just a teenager. Her father was a man of few words and was always out. However, the country's conditions were miserable.Suddenly an idea came to her mind. to get a pet . Maybe it has nothing to do with what's happening to her. But at least she could talk to someone or hug him even if it was just animal. Karen came out of her room She went to her mother quickly. Her mother looked at her and saw that she was not happy, even though she had seen her very happy a moment ago.

Karen: Mom, promise me that you will agree to what I ask. Mom: I will not agree until I know what the request is.

Karen: Can I have a kitten?

Mom: No. Karen: Please, I will do whatever you ask. Mom: We don't even have money to eat. Didn't you hear the news?

Karen: I'll look on the street for one. Mom: What about her food?

Karen: I'll give her some of my food. Mother: This is unacceptable. Karen: Why please? I will do anything please if you agree then I will be the happiest person in the universe

Mom: Okay, but I don't want her dirt or droppings on the floor.

Karen: Thank you very much. I will go study and sleep. After school, I will search.

Maybe Karen looking for a cat after school would be a bad idea.
