As I took a taxi to the Bleeker Street of Greenwich Village, I started trying to make sense of all of my memories that I currently have.
I have a family. That Xavier made me forget.
And before being Jean Grey, I was just a normal college girl in a normal world. Without any of the supernatural stuff.
And in that world, like most people, I had followed MCU until Endgame, and then started to loose interest, and only watched some things like the Spider-Man movies, Loki, and then reviewers like Canadian Lad and Critical Drinker.
And, it seems that this world has followed MCU until Endgame, and then introduced X-Men in the storyline. The three times Infinity Gauntlet used on earth triggering the rise of mutants, when only a few people like Xavier and Magneto iwere mutants before.
And I don't know much about X-Men, aside from Undead Humor and SolidJJ youtube channels. And a bit of fanfics.
One thing is certain, this is now an entirely new universe.
From what I know, Jean Grey, i.e. me, is the most important mutant. The host of Phoenix Force. Xavier is afraid of how strong I am, and there is Mr Sinister somewhere who wants to breed me with Scott.
Ewww...
Magneto is still with Xavier after he had rescued him from being frozen somewhere in Arctic, but I am sure that they will break up soon.
And I don't need to be in any faction. Xavier capped me at Alpha rank, but I am capable of clowning other Omega level mutants at my full potential.
Hmm, right now, I have telekinesis, telepathy which I just got to know, and probably pyrokinesis in the future due to being the host of Phoenix Force.
'Hey Phoenix, are you there?'
I didn't feel any response in my mind. Is Phoenix not in me right now?
Thank god.
I am somewhat like of a Jinchuriki, without a seal? And Phoenix is more powerful than Kurama?
So... training to control all this power will be hard.
The mirror dimension will be the best place to train.
I don't want to be labelled a terrorist for causing mass destruction.
First, I need to have Dr Strange whatever brainwashing there might be remaining. And protect my mind from Xavier.
I may have more raw power, but he has more experience. He is an expert in telepathy, and I am a complete novice.
I am only able to shut off my telepathy right now altogether like a switch because I don't want to read everyone's mind in a certain radius I am not aware of.
After undoing my brainwashing, I will go to my parents and will fly us to a good country like Singapore or take control over a dictatorial country like North Korea behind the scenes, away from USA.
After a while, I reached the location.
"Thanks."
After handing the driver the taxi fare, I started searching for the Sanctum.

*Knock knock knock*
I knocked on the door.
"Coming!"
Wong opened the door.
"I, umm, want your help in undoing my brainwashing..."
"Brainwashing huh? Come in."
He led me inside the Sanctum, and introduced himself.
"I am Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme. Do you know who brainwashed you? An evil sorcerer? Witch? Or—"
"A mutant. Charles Xavier."
"Hmm... I think I know that guy. Definitely someone he would do. What's your name?"
"Jean Grey. You can call me, Phoenix."
His eyes widened at that.
As I sat down on the sofa, he asked me, "Any particular reason you named yourself Phoenix?"
"I am Phoenix Force's host. Probably."
Now that I think about it, since it's a different universe, its possible that I am not Phoenix Force's host.
His eyes widened. And then his face turned serious.
"Alright. You drink this tea, and watch TV. I will ensure that whatever brainwashing Xavier did to you is removed."
I nodded and sat down, and turned on the TV. It was news against mutants.
"Watch some cartoons."
"Alright."
I shrugged, and switched channels.
He probably doesn't want me getting too stressed.
Dr Strange appeared, and they talked to each other in distance, and came towards me.
Dr Strange looked at me and asked, "Do you have his hair?"
"He's bald."
