He pressed his muscular body up against hers, making sure his pelvis and hers lined up. She placed her hands on top of his wrists trying to break free. His hands gently stroked her bottom. She found his touch to be...arousing. She hated to admit it.
He was looking into her eyes.
His gaze was intense. It was almost like looking into the sun. The stranger pushed her back into the man who had a death grip on her arm.
"See, how you were letting me touch you like that so easily. You are a slut for sure."
When he saw the hurt in her eyes a grin of satisfaction formed. He turned his back on her and walked away. He walked over to Baxter and grabbed a nearby bucket of champagne on ice. He took out the bottle and then poured the ice water on the unconscious Baxter. He awoke with a start and a sputter as he sat up coughing loudly, expelling the water from his lungs.
Bunny was pleased to see Baxter alive. She felt like she could breathe again.
"Get up !" The dark stranger commanded him.
He obeyed. While standing he spoke to Bunny, "Bunny, I promise I will get him the money and come for you."
Bunny said nothing.
Baxter got up from the floor and stumbled over to the large painting on his wall. Once he was in front of it, he moved the painting. Behind it was a wall safe. He punched in the combination. It beeped and opened.
She saw stacks of cash and jewels inside the tiny space.
She wondered if he had a safe in all of his homes. One of the stranger's men threw him a black, medium-sized duffel bag. Baxter picked it up and put the items from the safe inside it. Once he was finished emptying all of the contents in his safe Baxter handed over the duffel bag to the dark stranger.
Once that was done, he snapped his fingers. Bunny was being escorted out of Baxter's home with the terrible trio. They reached a black SUV. One of the men opened the car door for her and shoved her inside the vehicle. The door was slammed shut behind her. She sat in the back seat with the leader in silence.
It was a strange feeling leaving the party with the man who had just assaulted her boyfriend. After the car was in motion for a few minutes, the dark stranger spoke to her.
"Whore, what does he call you?" He asked.
She heard his men, who were sitting in the front chuckle at his disgusting tone.
"Bunny." She answered.
"I can see why you are called that." He said.
She knew he was referring to her looking like the stereotypical blonde bimbo. His arrogance was overwhelming to her.
"Do you f*ck like one?" He asked.
The men chuckled once more at her expense. She was shocked at how rude he was. She looked at him then. He was staring at her intently. Was he goading her? She wondered.
She didn't know what to make of him.
"There's only one way to find out, but hey- You are waiting on my boyfriend to pay you, so I don't think you could afford it."
His men laughed at her quip.
"Oh, Boss, she sure got you." One of the men joked.
She smiled to herself. She noticed he didn't find her quip the least bit amusing.
She stopped smiling after a few seconds and kept her gaze on the view outside of the moving car. The rest of the ride was silent. They pulled up to a large manor. If she wasn't so terrified, Bunny would have been awe-struck at the size and beauty of his compound. They got out of the car. She watched his two men go ahead of them. He took her by her arm. They followed a short distance behind the two men.
"Why am I here?" She asked him, anger flashing in her eyes.
"You aren't very bright. I told you. You are collateral, my dear."
"Collateral! I told you before that I'm not property! Baxter doesn't own me!" She fussed.
He grinned at her outburst. It was a stunning grin with perfect, straight, white teeth. A slight dimple in the corner of his left cheek. Yet, he was vicious to her. He didn't care about how she felt.
He stood mere inches in front of her and spoke, "You are Baxter's whore. You go to the highest bidder. "
He was right, she thought, but he didn't need to laud it over her head.
"I sell a service, not myself." She corrected him. She was growing annoyed by his harsh words, but she was in no position to do anything about it.
"Save me the act, Bunny. If I offered you triple what Baxter does right now you'd be in my bed. Hell, you're here right now, and I know I will have you in my bed." He quipped.
He was cocky and quite sure of himself. Even though he was extremely handsome and correct in his assumptions about her, Bunny was furious at his blunt words. She had watched him speak to Baxter this way, but it was jarring for her to hear it directed towards her. He was a stranger who didn't know her. She tried to slap him but he caught her wrist and squeezed.
The pain shot up her arm and into her shoulder. She cried out. He didn't let go. She tried to pry away from his grip with her other hand. He slapped it with his free one.
"Ouch! Y-you're hurting me! Let go!" She looked in his eyes through her tears. He seemed to be getting satisfaction from her pain. "Please..." She whimpered.
He let go of her wrist and roughly pulled her up against his hard frame by her shoulders. His intense gaze making her heart pound.
"Don't ever raise your hand or voice to me again. This is my house. Understand?"
She quickly nodded her head 'yes'. He terrified her.
He let her go, turned his back to her and began exiting the large foyer. She realized she was just standing there alone and rubbing her injured wrist as his men looked on.
She had forgotten they were even there. "W-Where is my room?" She asked him, her voice echoing in the large space.
He didn't miss a stride as he walked towards the exit of the room and still answered her. "My room is upstairs. Third door on the right. Get showered. I will be up shortly. One of my men will escort you."
He spoke as if they had known one another for a while and were intimate with one another, and not like he had just kidnapped her from Baxter's home. She had no purse. No cellphone. How was she going to contact her family? What was she going to do for eight whole days? The guard once more took her by her elbow and guided her up the staircase.
The guard opened the double wooden inlaid doors up to the stranger's bedroom. It was decorated similar to the house. With a elite minimalist decor theme. The bed was the focal point of the room. In front of the bed were two stylish, plush, black leather chairs with a small glass coffee table placed in between them. In front sat a white bearskin rug.
Bunny thought the decor cold, just like the owner. The guard closed the doors behind him. She heard them lock. Once alone inside of his room, Bunny exhaled. She still couldn't believe she was here in this predicament.
She sat down on the corner of the bed. After several minutes of deep thinking Bunny decided to do as the stranger asked her and freshen up. She walked into the Suite's bathroom. It was all white marble, wall to wall glass with silver accents. It felt like she was standing in a luxury hotel bathroom.
After admiring the decor and figuring out how everything worked, Bunny undressed. While in the shower she cried. What had she gotten herself into? She thought to herself.
How did her life get more complicated? She wondered. Baxter was supposed to be making it easier. Bunny hoped her mom wouldn't think she was mad at her and that was the reason for her ghosting. She was so terrified by this man. She knew nothing about him, and what she had seen firsthand let her know he was not to be trifled with.
She turned the shower off, grabbed a towel nearby and began to dry herself off. She was just about to open the bathroom door when it opened from the opposite side.
It was him.
She could see him clearly under the bright light in the bathroom. He was very attractive to her. He wasted no time and pulled her to him, crushing her lips with his own. The kiss was hard. For Bunny, kissing was against the rules, even for Baxter, but this kiss was so sudden she had no time to put her guard up so she unconsciously kissed him back. He tore the towel from her hands.
