Chapter 4 - Chapter 3

Jordan woke up, as he went to stretch aches shot through his body. As he walked out of his room he winced with every step, he was sore but not as sore as he was yesterday.

As Jordan walked into the kitchen, the smell of pancakes hit him in full blast. One step towards the fridge, and there was James in an apron flipping pancakes. "Hey Jami, when will the pain stop," He asked while holding in his laughter. "Uh. First turn...give it about four days." James flipped a pancake, smiling when the side was revealed to be gold. Jordan groaned while walking towards the chair. "Why," He cried dramatically, James just laughed while finishing the last pancake. Jordan looked at the clock to see it was currently 9 AM. 'Two more hours until they start running out.' Jordan told himself.

Around 9:30 the others slowly woke up and came to the kitchen. Luna was the first one up, her sliver hair brushed back into a half bun, and she wore a black crop top with a half jacket, and some high-rising jeans. The black making her silverish eyes seem to glow.

Oliver was one of the next one up, he wore a dark grey t-shirt with some pants. Oliva and Teo were the last ones up. Teo came in first wearing a muscle shirt and jogging pants, clearly had the intent to train. Olivia wore a red shirt with red lining and some black leggings. She looked like she was about to rule the halls. By 10 AM, they were all up; in the kitchen eating breakfast.

"So, what's the plan for today?" Liam asked, looking up over his plate of pancakes. Liam Chan, showed up one day after one of Olivia's missions, turns out Olivia invited him to live with us because he didn't have anyone to turn to, that was five years ago, now he is apart of the family.

"Uh...me and Jer are going to be in the shop today." Oliver answered taking a bite of his pancakes.

"Well, Jordan and I are going to be in the training room today. I have to teach him control so why not figure out his triggers while at it." James commented, while Jordon gulped. "Jordan. It's okay. It's not as bad as it sounds." James reassured him as he rubbed his back, a wince appearing on his face.

"I'll join." Teo said, a bright hopeful smile on his face.

"No. Unh unh. Nope. Not you. Definitely not you. Sorry not sorry." Luna said shaking her head at Teo.

"But Luna?!" Teo whined, with disappointment shining in his eyes.

"Nope!"

Jordan's head appeared to spin around at how fast he looked between the two. "Hold on, why can't he join us. It's not like I'm going to have to turn or anything. Right?" Jordan said looking between Luna and James. "Right!" His voice held more alarm. James and Luna look at each other then look at him sympathetically.

"That's the thing Jor, in order to gain control you have to lose control. I have to make you turn." James's voice held sympathy while his face held pity.

"No. No. Please no. I still hurt, and what if I lose control. Who will all be in there?" He freaked out.

"He means triggering the emotions that make him turn. Then teach him to suppress the urge to turn. Though it takes a while to figure out what makes someone turn, so Jordan no guarantee you're going to turn on the first try." Luna clarified.

"Jor, I'm sorry but we have to figure out what triggers your transformations. Okay? Trust me I wouldn't be doing this unless we had to, alright?" James looked at Jordan. He nodded after a while, however soon after that Jordan started feeling really verwhelmed, like he was being held down and something was trying to force itself out of his head. He started looking around frantically, before he ran out of the room.

"Oh no," James shot up, "Luna, Olivia ,and Ethan come with me." James said running towards the gym.

When they got to the gym they saw Jordan at a punching bag. His breathing was frantic, and his punches were barely making their target.

"Jordan, can you look at me," James asked worry clearly in his voice. Jordan turned around, his eyes were the silvery blue again. And his fangs were showing. His claws were slowly coming out. Olivia took a deep breath at how scared he looked, his fear and panic showing in his eyes. Ethan froze in his place not knowing how to help, Luna and James walked forwards to help him.

"Jordan, I need you to breathe." James' voice spoke every word warmly.

"I can't focus." Jordan cried facing towards the dark haired wolf.

"Lil' J I need you to listen to my voice." Luna tried to get his attention, but Jordan just shook his head freaking out even more.

"Liv." James whispered moving away from the scared wolf. Olivia nodded and approached her younger brother, white fog-like mist coming off of her fingers like mist on a waterfall.

Oliva White, Jordan's older sister, she has got control over mind sensibility and summoning; she can feel and manipulate others emotions and thoughts. Being the oldest White sibling she was forced to get control of her gifts quickly to help her family with fights and meetings.

The more closer she came to him the more scared he looked and she felt.  "Jor can you try to calm down," She asked while walking towards him, her steps tremblingly. Jordan nodded his head and he felt a little of the fear disappear, but that didn't really do anything to help him calm down. Once she got close enough to calm Jordan down she moved the aura towards his head. He felt Olivia bring forward certain memories that were supposed to be calming and joyful, but felt sad because it would never be the same for him.

James and him goofing off during school before running from the teachers. Oliva and him with TJ and Oscar having lunch in the courtyards. She felt him calm down a little bit but not much of his fear left it was added to sadness. What stayed was still evident and what emotions were added were overpowering the new emotions of joy, peace, and home. She let the white mist aura come back towards her as she turned around and walked to the others.

"I did what I could. He's still scared but that's due to the fear that he'll hurt someone. He is also sad and full of regret." Olivia explained having read his thoughts and emotions. The others nodded as James debated letting his eyes glow. With a deep sigh he let his control slip enough to let his eyes and fangs show. Ethan stepped back still shocked that his best friend was a wolf, and scared that he might watch him lose control. James winced seeing this.

"James control." Luna whispered not wanting to have to make a scene if he actually lost control.

"Don't worry. I'm just going to show him something." He said as he walked towards Jordan. "Jordan. Can you look at me?" James asked. Jordan looked up towards James, his glowing silvery blue eyes that had tears in them made James falter and gasp. James' eyes looked like glowing golden sunflowers.

"I can't control it." He cried, his voice shuttering with fear and tears.

"I know, but I'm going to show you how to. Jordan, you have to watch me." James said in a sweetly and lovingly tone.

"Okay. Deep breaths. With each breath let the urge go. Don't accept it, push it away. Don't let the urge in. You try." James instructed. Jordan took some deep breaths. With the first two deep breaths his claws and fangs started to disappeared, with the last four deep breaths his  eyes went back to the chocolate brown. It wasn't as painful as the first time he transformed back. His hands still felt like he was stabbing the tips of his fingers and his mouth hurt like something was stabbing his gums but it didn't hurt as much.

Luna was recalling the last few minutes. Jordan did as he was told to do. "James is his elder-wolf, but why does Jordan have the eyes of an Alpha?" Luna wondered as she watched James helped Jordan. With the last deep breaths his eyes went back to the chocolate brown color Luna loved so much. "We have to teach him control. He has the eyes of an Alpha. Society will make him act like one." Luna noted to herself, knowing the rules of the supernatural world, as they a main part of her life.

Ethan walked towards Jordan. "Hey. Jordan, Jami." He greeted looking at James, who nodded as Ethan went for a hug. When this happened, Jordan jumped back not wanting to hurt him. As everyone took one look into Jordan eyes and understood what was going on. James looked over at Luna, gesturing towards Ethan. She nodded, a hopeful look on her face. If Jordan is willing to accept help, he can get through this.

"Hey. You're not going to hurt him." Jordan looked at them on the verge of tears, but Luna stepped forwards. "Lil' J, it's okay. You're not going to hurt anyone." She pulled him into a hug and refused to let him go until Jordan gave up on holding everything in. Jordan burst into tears.

"Jor. It's okay. It's okay to be scared. You don't have to always be strong you can cry and be scared, it's what makes you human." James looked over at Jordan before he looked away. The oldest wolf appeared to be in mental pain, but was trying to hide it from everyone. James wanted to hug him so bad, but was scared it would only hurt Jordan more. Jordan got Luna to let him go, and he went straight to James hugging him. James flinched at the force of the hug, but soon leaned into it, starting to nuzzle into his shoulder.

As they walked out of the gym, Ethan and Olivia's thoughts never strayed from 'what just happened'. Luna watched all four of them as they walked in front of her. "Hey, Jami?" Jordan asked, his voice taking a teasing note.

"Yeah?" James answered on beat, his eyes flashing with a smile.

"Is it always going to be like this? Just fear and pain," he asked looking down, fear in his eyes; not wanting his life to be full of pain.

"No." James met his eyes, "That feeling you get when you run, that will never change, there is a whole different world out there, just wait, I'll show you when you no longer fear it." Jordan pushed him away, earning a chuckle from James. Luna smiled, watching her friends discover this world she was raised in, made her feel like she was watching a newborn see color for the first time.
