The bell rang, 1 girl rushed inside the room and called out her friend.
"Maria! You won't believe who I just saw!"
Maria turns her head to Miya, giving her the attention. She tilts her head in curiosity and asked.
"What is it?"
Miya excitingly jumps and showed her a photo of one of their seniors.
"Look! R.A, the hot Asian yet cold and intimidating R.A, our senior is currently roaming near our building!"
Maria rests her head on her hands.
"I already told you Miya, I'm not interested in Boy's like that, those are just looks, and he seemed distant and ruthless, I wouldn't like a guy like that, even if he'd be the hottest person in earth."
Julia, one of Maria's friend steps in the conversation and smiles.
"Well, Our friend Maria isn't really into guy's like that remember? Even if it be a dog, as long as it treats her right, she would marry it."
Maria sighed playfully
"Come on, it's not like that, of course, a person, not an Animal."
Miya sits and rests her head on the top back of the chair slat in her arms.
"You're such a KJ (Kill joy) Maria... Come on, at least love someone."
Maria continues writing on her book.
"Well, too bad cause I'm not interested and also, I'm still just 15."
Julia smiles and pats Maria's back.
"Well, it is indeed a surprise that Maria is already on college at 15, which, on an average colleger is 18-19, well, we're still glad we had you Maria (Julia and Miya are 19)."
Miya pouts and closes her eyes confidently.
"I'll make sure I'd wait for R.A to become 18 and ask him out."
Maria raises an eyebrow and turned her head to Miya.
"What!? You mean... He's also younger than 18?"
Julia chuckles and points out.
"Well, I guess you really aren't into boys.
He's a year older than you, Maria."
Maria eyes widened,but quickly got into her composure.
"Well, it is also indeed a surprise."
Miya then joyfully asked Maria.
"How about you go talk to him or meet him, maybe you can seduce him and... make him fall for me?"
Julia hits Miya's head and said.
"Maria's nothing like that! And also, why are you destroying her Innocence!?
Julia clears her throat.
That's the point of you wearing a mask, right Maria? (Maria attracts too many boys into her because of her face, but even with the mask in college, she's till widely known as one of the most beautiful girls in school, her mix of Filipino-Korean and Polish makes her a unique one and her looks are out of the world like a perfectly modeled doll, her face is the photo.)"
Maria didn't look at them but continues writing on her paper.
"Well, I suppose you're right."
Maria looks at her notes, completed. But, wait... There is one final detail she forgot to add in her notebook and quickly stood up.
"It looks like I'm missing of a detail in my notes, I gotta head back to the library to borrow another book."
Julia waves at her and teased her.
"Don't forget to rest too, Maria. You'd get ugly if you keep pushing yourself too hard."
Maria turns her head to Julia and smiled.
"Hehe, I will."
Maria arrives at the Library and searched for the books.
"Uhhmm.. no? Geographical?... Uhh... No? How to save earth. Uhmmm... I guess I'll take that one."
She brought 7 books and borrowed the books.
You sure are a hard worker Maria. The check out worker said.
Maria smiles and tilts her head gently.
"This is for my future ma'am."
The Women smiles and confirmed the check out.
While Maria is walking, she bumped into a person and dropped the books, she quickly took the other books, while the other 4 was given by the person, she looks at the person and asked.
"Thank you... Hi, I'm Maria. What's your name?"
She extends her arm for a shakehand, while struggling to maintain the books on her hand.
"What do you mean by... What's my name..."
Maria opens her eyes, tilting her head.
"I mean... Who are you? What's your name?"
Maria looks at his i.d, and realized this is that popular senior, R.A.
She looked up at him, their eyes, locked.
