Kaito rested for 3 hours as he got up . It was around 5 P.M in the evening .

Kaito could sense atleast 800 meters now . He sensed some students scattered in the area . According to him , all the students are in teams of 3 or 4 . He alone is solo . Kaito stretched for a little bit as he jumped off the building and went straight ahead towards the market district . Kaito reached there as he sensed more than normal beasts and many were B-Ranks .
Kaito took out his blade as he ran through the streets . He found many C-Rank beasts as he killed them and headed towards the places with more mana . These were the places where max beasts are found . Kaito eliminated B-Rank beasts and C-Rank beasts as he collected their spoils . Kaito already received the level up message many times but he didn't pay attention to it . Kaito reached a place which he sensed the most mana in . He entered and the sight made him stunned . It was a snake which was atleast 60 m tall and 20 m wide . It's head was covered in a armor like material .
'The Giant Armoured Snake ?!'
'But isn't that a Peak A-Rank beast ?'
'Shit , this will be too difficult to handle'
The snake leaped towards Kaito . He exited the place . Fighting a giant snake in such a closed space will be his disadvantage . The snake released its venom as Kaito dodged it . The place which came in contact with the venom corroded in an instant . Kaito noticed it as he seemed aware of the time it will release poison .
Kaito closed the distance as he striked with his sword but there wasn't a scratch on the snake .
'Shit ! It's defence is too tough'
Kaito thought for some time until he found another way . He understood what he needed to do . He went towards the snake dodging its venom . He started to roam around its tail , the snake released its venom as Kaito leaped and dodged it while the venom came in contact with the tail . The snake cried in pain as Kaito maintaining some distance closed his eyes . Kaito held his sword straight as he gathered mana around it .

The slash in the form of a cresent moon released from Kaito's blade as it pierced the snake breaking its defence . Kaito cheered in joy . He received a notification .

The rock moved in the exact path Kaito was moving his hand in . Kaito was happy to gain these skills but he looked at the time . Kaito rushed from building to building as he reached the place where he started from . He noticed many students are already present along with Kendo's team .

"Where is Kaito-kun ?" asked Akane
"I don't know . We haven't met him in these last few days"
"Is he alright ?"
"He sure is . He is Kaito after all"
At that moment , a person crashed on the place . The dust settled as everyone saw that it was none other than Kaito . Kendo and others came towards him .
"Where were you ?" asked Kendo
"Well , I was busy in some stuff"
"Don't give that lame excuse . Akane was worried about you"
"Is it ? Sorry , Akane-chan"
"I-It's no problem"
"Did you all calculate your points ?"
"Yeah , I got 480P" said Kendo
"I-I got 432P" said Akane
"I got 365P" said Ren
"I got 410P" said Ryojo
"Woah , you all did pretty good"
"Yeah , I am the highest till now"

Kaito didn't say anything as he just went towards the place for point calculations . Kaito took out all the spoils he gathered which shocked everyone . It was an huge amount . The person who was calculating also got a little scared .

This made everyone shocked . No one expected Kaito to gather so much . There were almost 10 A-Rank beast cores and 30 for each C-Rank and B-Rank beasts . Kaito cleared it all alone within just 3 days . Kendo tapped Kaito's back
"Damn , that's a huge number you got"

The teacher's voice was heard once more from the upstage .

Kaito looked towards his hand . He knew the strength he got from here was no joke . He can't wait to try out his new power after equpping the suit . They all entered the teleportation portal and returned back to school . All the students disassembled their suits as they returned back to the dorms . Kaito , Kendo , Ryojo and Akane returned to their dorms together as they lived in the same building .
"I just need a good bath and a sound sleep" said Kaito as he was stretching
"Haha , you never change . Do you ?"
"Nah , I was a lot different just a few months back"

"Kaito-kun , would it be okay to have lunch tomorrow together ?"
"Tomorrow , huh ?! Alright , I don't have a problem"

They all headed towards their own room . Kaito entered his room as he opened his clothes and headed inside towards the bathroom . He bathed and changed his clothes as he came out . He saw that his sister was lying on his bed having a sound sleep . Kaito came towards her and shaked her a little . She woke up from her sleep as she got up while rubbing her eyes . Kaito sat down beside her .
Akari looked towards Kaito . She seemed a little confused
"Why am I your room , Kai ?"
"I should ask that question"
"I don't quite remember"
"What do you remember ?"
"I was super tired and I entered my room in a half asleep state and fell on the bed"
"Hah ! You entered my room instead of your"
"Ah , is it ? Sorry . I will return back"
"No need . Sleep here but change your clothes . You can wear my clothes . I am gonna sleep in your room"
Kaito was about to get up as Akari pulled him towards her . They both fell on the bed . Akari wrapped herself around him with a little smile on his face .
"What are you doing , sister ?"
"Ah!! Its been so long since we both slept together"
"So , you wanna sleep together ?"

"Fine but change your clothes"
"Just give me couple of minutes"
Akari went towards the cupboard as she took Kaito's clothes and entered the washroom . She came out after some minutes as Kaito understood that she took a bath . She lied on the bed beside Kaito and went off to sleep.

Kaito slept . He didn't knew that someone was constantly keeping an eye on him or so the follower thought . Kaito was aware of his presence the moment he came back from City Z . Kaito didn't bother him much because the man was only an A-Rank . Kaito just reached Peak of A-Rank with in only three days of his tour . He wasn't too far from becoming an S-Rank .
When a person reaches S-Rank . The density of mana around that area suddenly increases as the person continuously absorbs the mana from the air . The mana stat of an average S-Rank is 100000 but Kaito reached 98000 even before reaching S-Rank . His sister also has a lot of mana but he had to surpass it .

The classes around the school was functioning normally . Kaito was now living a perfect life in the school but he wasn't always slacking off . He reached Peak of A-Rank but he wants to atleast reach the threshold of S-Rank before leaving for his family house .

Their father was the previous clan head but after his death , Kaito's grandfather took the role . He wants to make the future head to be as strong or stronger than father . There are some rules to follow :
The Patriarch position will be given only to the male descendants
The participating candidates should atleast have B-Rank prowess
If a branch family descendant shows combat prowess greater than the direct descendants then he will become the next patriarch .
Kaito wasn't suitable at first for the position because he was considered weak and his sister was a girl , so there was no way a direct descendant would keep the throne . The candidate considered at that time was Kaito's First Uncle Kazui Sakura's eldest son 'Taiki Sakura' . It hadn't changed ever since then . This year is the last year , if the candidate is not defeated , he will become the ruler of Sakura Family .
Kaito knew what kind of scumbag is this Taiki . The status of the family will fall no doubtly if he gains control . Kaito only had one goal in mind now . He has to reach S-Rank and secure the position of family head for himself otherwise , the Sakura Family will be removed from the list of strongest families .
Taiki Sakura is as of now enrolled in the Kyoto Base branch of the academy . Kaito's academy is the Tokyo base and the largest safe zone in all of japan . This is the place where all the major families live . Kaito also received some news about the other special families .
The heir of 'Ichinose Family' is Kendo Ichinose . The heir for 'Ayakouji family' is Yuuki Ayakouji and the heir for Karuisawa family is 'Akane Karuisawa' . The last two families didn't have a gender restriction in choosing their head . Kaito was happy that he made friends with them as they will come for help if Kaito needs any .
From the last rumours he heard about the family , he got to know that Taiki is already an A-Rank , although not at the Peak but he still is an A-Rank . The others aren't even worth mentioning . They are all B-Rank and those under B-Rank are automatically disqualified .
