Chat Group Conversations
Saeko remained silent for a moment.
Then, she spoke.
Saeko:"I have a guess."
Lemuel raised an eyebrow.
Lemuel:"What kind of guess?"
March 7th perked up with curiosity.
March 7th:"I wanna hear it!"
Aqua chimed in excitedly.
Aqua:"Did they have a fight?!"
Saeko hesitated for a second before shaking her head.
Saeko:"Never mind. It's probably better if you don't know, March 7th."
After spending time together, everyone in the group had come to understand each other's personalities to some extent.
March 7th was a pure girl—too innocent for certain discussions.
Saeko's guess leaned toward something rather... intimate.
And she didn't want to corrupt March 7th's innocence.
However, her gaze flickered for a brief moment as she murmured under her breath.
"Someone already got him first..."
—
Meanwhile, Nanashi cleared his throat, steering the conversation away.
Nanashi:"Ahem. Nami, how are you using your Doomsday Points?"
There were others in the group—this wasn't a topic he wanted to continue discussing.
Nami wasn't the type to throw tantrums, but right now, she was drowning in shame, frustration, and indignation.
Not only had Nojiko witnessed her most embarrassing moment—
She had even passed out from the sheer humiliation.
Her competitive spirit flared.
She had to get stronger.
She had to fight Nanashi again—300 rounds if necessary!
—
Nami:"I spun the roulette first. The first two times, I got nothing. The third time, I got an ability—an A-rank skill, the Perfect Thunder Fruit—and then I leveled it up to level 3."
Nami:"I'm still getting used to my abilities."
Nanashi raised an eyebrow.
Nanashi:"Thunder Fruit? Not bad."
He hadn't expected Nami to acquire power from her own world.
—
March 7th:"Thunder Fruit? What kind of power is that? Can it grow multiple fruits?"
Suzuki:"That's impossible. It's an A-rank ability, after all."
Lemuel stroked her chin thoughtfully.
Lemuel:"Thunder… so it must be related to electricity?"
Nanashi nodded.
Nanashi:"Lemuel's got it right. It's connected to lightning."
Nanashi:"In Nami's world, there's a special fruit called a Devil Fruit. Eating one grants a person supernatural powers."
Shinobu sounded skeptical.
Shinobu:"Gaining powers from a fruit? That sounds absurd."
Nanashi simply smirked.
Nanashi:"And yet, it's true."
Nanashi:"There are three main types of Devil Fruits: the Paramecia type, which grants strange abilities like the String-String Fruit, allowing the user to create and manipulate strings."
Nanashi:"Then there's the Zoan type, which lets the user transform into an animal and gain its abilities."
Nanashi:"And finally, the Logia type—the rarest and it's also called strongest—which grants control over natural elements. Most Logia users can become their respective element."
Nanashi:"Nami's Thunder Fruit is a Logia type. She can control lightning—or even turn into lightning itself."
Suzuki's jaw nearly dropped when he read it.
Suzuki:"She can become lightning?! Wouldn't that make her invincible? How would anyone even touch her?!"
March 7th:"Yeah! She could be the ultimate escape artist!"
Nanashi chuckled seeing their reaction.
Nanashi:"Not invincible. In Nami's world, there's a power called Haki. Armament Haki allows fighters to hit Logia users, even in their elemental form."
Nanashi:"Also, Devil Fruit users are weak to seastone, which completely nullifies their powers."
Nanashi:"The ocean in that world contains seastone's energy, meaning Devil Fruit users can't swim."
Saeko tilted her head.
Saeko:"So such an overwhelming power has an equally strange weakness?"
March 7th:"Wait… doesn't that mean Nami can't swim anymore?!"
Nami quickly reassured her.
Nami:"Nope! The Perfect Thunder Fruit I got isn't weak to seastone."
Nanashi:"Still, don't get cocky. Even if there aren't many people with Haki in your world, other worlds may have powers that counter elemental abilities."
Nami pouted.
Nami:"I know, I know! Why do you sound like an overprotective mother?!"
The chat erupted into laughter.
In reality, Nami was practically grinning from ear to ear.
—
Nanashi:"As long as you understand."
Lemuel:"Emmm… Nanashi sure cares about Nami a lot."
Aqua:"It's a conspiracy!"
Nanashi:"A conspiracy?"
Nanashi:"Our chat group is a loving family. Isn't it only natural for me to care about my fellow members?"
He spoke with absolute righteousness.
There wasn't a single trace of ulterior motive in his words.
None at all.
Suzuki:"Makes sense."
Suzuki:"By the way, just how strong is Boss Nanashi right now?"
Nanashi paused, considering.
At this point, he was undoubtedly stronger than Accelerator.
He could freely manipulate vectors without calculations, and his physical abilities far surpassed Accelerator's.
Nanashi:"Theoretically speaking…"
Nanashi:"If someone could stop a planet's rotation for even a moment… would that be considered strong?"
—
The chat froze.
—
Suzuki:"???"
March 7th:"???"
Shinobu:"…"
Saeko:"…"
Nami:"The formation is broken!"
Lemuel:"Uh… What's planetary rotation? And why is everyone sending question marks?"
