Cultivation is divided into three phases.
Junior, master, and senior.
Junior level: Bone tempering, Spiritual heart formation, Qi Refining realm, Qi Master, Qi Grandmaster, Qi saint, Foundation, great foundation, golden core.
Master level: Soul wondering realm, void refining, nascent soul realm, Holy Saint realm, Divine Saint realm,
Senior level: Nihility realm, true soul realm, emperor realm, great Emperor realm, holy emperor realm, divine emperor realm.
And finally, the ascension phase.

Bone tempering and spiritual heart formation are practiced through the early age of 8, tempering the body and building the spiritual heart, capable of sensing spiritual energy.
Dao heart also stores spiritual energy and once it's destroyed, the person is as good as dead.
As for dantains, they merely help at absorbing the Qi, and having them destroyed won't allow you to cultivate further and your Qi recovery will be slow, but it's not near as good as dead. There is still hope.
As for other cultivation realms, at the Qi Saint realm, you can finally fly defying gravity, at the Golden Core realm, you develop a core at your navel, which allows you to walk in the path of the sword, alchemy, scholarly, runes, array, etc.
At the soul-wandering realm, you can freely move your soul away from the body.
At the void refining realm, one is capable of destroying the space and teleporting using Qi, one is also capable of making the space rings or underdeveloped subspace.
At the nascent soul realm, you can create an additional soul.
At the nihility realm, you can nullify the
Spiritual energy, and create a conceptual domain, of course by burning your own Qi.
This is when a huge power imbalance occurs. Where a person with a powerful domain concept can easily annihilate billions of weaklings.
(A/n: No cap but you can be a literal type-0 character here with some highly profound concepts, also when nullifying the spiritual energy, you have to burn equal energy, and, the powerful domain costs a very high amount of spiritual energy. )
But at the holy emperor level, the imbalance vanishes as one has access to "Emperor might" that can block any conceptual domain from forming.
The ascension phase isn't a true cultivation realm but more like a period when you are at the peak of the world and waiting for judgment, in other words, the heavenly tribulation, to ascend to the higher realm.

Cultivation bases are divided into three phases: Immortal, Demi-god, and god.
Immortal: Half Immortal, Immortal, golden immortal, profound immortal, immortal venerable, True immortal.
Demi god: celestial realm, holy karmic/neutral karmic/ unholy karmic realm, self-origin realm, faith spreading realm,
God: Godhood, true god, ancient god, divine god, true primordial being.
Most needed info:
After reaching the profound immortal realm, the cultivator will obtain immortal will, that can completely ignore the supression of emperor might, thus, once again, huge power imbalance occurs due to domains.
Also, after reaching true immortal realm, one gains infinite life energy and mastery over the cycle of reincarnation.
And after crossing the celestial realm, cultivator have three paths to choose from, be a good karmic cultivator, be neutral, or be unholy.
After that you are near god level, sitting at faith spreading realm, and this isn't regular cultivation relam, instead, you have to travel the world and become a source of faith among the cultivators especially among the karmic realm cultivators.
With that you can rapidly prgoress through phases of god, or be stucked there for long peroid of time until you are forgotten in cycle of samsara.
After passing through divine/demonic god realm, the power imbalance of domain once again vanishes with the introduction of primordial aura. You are also immunte to fate, time control, logic manipulation, law manipulation, reality manipulation.
Everyone are almost omnipotent here, so, only to among the top domains have chance to dominate here.

Two phases: Dao harnessing, beyond transcendent.
Dao Harnessing: Dao disciple, source dao realm, profound dao realm, ancestorial dao realm, true dao realm, transcendence dao realm.
Beyond transcendence: constellations, The ultimate primordial, Truth origin harmony.

The Dao disciples are immune to all sort of casualty, and low tier narritives and imagiantion, and have power of ultimate dao, capable of beating the ungrateful void body brat with a single fart because even their comsic fart have profound might of dao.
Moving on to the source dao realm, they are immune to Qi itself, capable of creating a self source power that can even neg the concept manipulation, a ability to change any concepts as you want, and are fully immune to high level narratives.
Ancestor Dao realm, the all mighty ancestors, capable of erasing the multiverse and narrative with a thought, high level control of self origin dao.
Moving on to the transcendence dao realm, it's when nothing make sense but it does make sense.
The wisdom of fellow daoist must be high to even understand the fraction of their thoughts.
Constellations, the infinite sub-realms where you are highly beyond Narrative-present, capable to see, sense and control every possibility to ever exist.
Without fully completing the limitless constellation realm, you can move to The ultimate primordial realm, where you are an entity that is unfathomable, incomprehendable, your slight power alone can fully erase the dao ancestors.
