Lucas knew that those masked men will come up again but this time, he had no way to stop it, Agatha told him never to skip class and also told him that it'll be fine. The same went for Mia. Lucas told Mia about what happened, she was filled with anger alright but she could control it.
It was a Tuesday, and they were thinking of what to do about the situation. They thought that maybe they could hire someone to take care of the convenience store. Of course this was not the only idea they came with. Some boys came to where Lucas and Mia was, they were interested in Mia, they urged Lucas to get the hell out of the place but Lucas didn't flinch...he even ignored them as if no one was there.
"HEYYYY.....I'M TALKING TO YOU PUNK", one of the boys screamed.
Lucas turned his face to them and said, "What??"
Two out of the four boys ran away because of fear. The other two...siblings by the way stood their ground. They were in 1-1, same as Mia's class. They were known as Togo and Goto. They were both muscular, and dark skinned, and the oldest people among the first years.
"I wanna talk with that chick...she yours?", Goto asked while smiling.
"I'm not into old men you know?", Mia laughed and said.
Togo who always gets worked up about him calling him "old" pounced on Mia. He thought he had the upperhand so he was going to use that opportunity to squeeze her breasts. Immediately after he thought of it, Mia gave him a kick to the balls, then he collapsed.
Goto saw the situation and changed his mind about Mia. He turned his attention towards Lucas thinking he could beat the hell out of him.
He ran towards Lucas, he was going for a punch. Lucas who didn't want to fight just crouched. Goto then fell into a trashcan as he tripped over Lucas' body.
School was over, Mia and Lucas hurried on to the convenience store. When they got there, the lights were off, but the place was unlocked.
They entered and turned on the light...Mia was in complete shock after she saw the mess around the place.
"Lucas.....", Mia called out to him. Mia started to weep because she found a picture of Agatha being tied up and bruised.
In Lucas' head, countless thoughts were racing, thoughts of killing that is. He clenched his fists and smiled.
"Mia...let's go save mom".
