Alexina POV.
For one day only. Please.Can.I.Just.Sleep!?
Why am I always woken up!?
Why is it always me!?
I threw the covers off my body and stormed out of the bedroom to be greeted by a very angry Grayson and a laughing Connor.
Grayson's eyes widened as he saw me and he threw a surprised look towards Connor who was just as confused as me.
"You slept over last night?" He asked in a surprised manner and I nodded my head. "You slept in the same bed?" He asked and Connor threw me an amused look as I tried not to laugh at Grayson.
"Nothing happened!" I laughed. "I've shared a bed with him countless times."
"Take it you two are close then?" Grayson asked and me and Connor both nodded our heads.
Me, Billy, Hudson and Connor have been best friends since birth. We have always been inseparable, its one thing that our parents hate about us but love about us.
There were five of us, that's including Bennett. But no matter how close we all were, we all found more comfort in one particular person.
Connor, Bennett and I were ridiculously close but with Bennett being murdered, that only left me and Connor. Billy and Hudson were distraught like everybody else but it hit me and Connor the hardest.
Ah well, you can't always dwell on the past- that's something I've learnt the heard way.
What I really need to know is why the hell Grayson needed to scream like a five year old little girl at eight in the morning.
Its the weekend. Do they have nothing better to do then argue!?
"Whats going on? You two are arguing like children," I pointed out and TJ walked in as I finished my sentence.
His yawn sounding louder than a fucking volcano.
"Yeah dude. You just woke me up." TJ sighed. "Are you both arguing over the cereal? Again?" TJ asked in shock and he shook his head before looking down at me.
"How lany times has this happened?" I asked TJ and he frowned.
"Too many. You know, I may not be the brightest star in the sea-"
"You mean the sky?" Grayson corrected and TJ glared at him before holding his hands up backing away.
"I give up. I give up with you people." He announced to practically the whole academy before slouching down on the couch.
I turned my attention to Grayson who was shaking his head. His hair all ruffled and sticking up in different directions, he was in a vest top and boxers, a pair of bright blue slippers to match.
Okay Grandpa.
Yet there is something there that is working well with him. His deep brown eyes focusing on his drink which happens to be a nice fresh glass of blood.
"You want some?" Grayson asked, holding his glass up towards me and I shook my head while he grinned. "Its really good for you,"
"For you." I corrected him. I turned my attention to Connor who was watching both me and Grayson with a smile.
I'm going to wipe that smile off his face. He better get those thoughts out of his head before I hit them out of it.
"I'll you later. Bye guys," I smiled at TJ and Grayson before waving at Connor who was too busy making kissy faces to notice.
"You know, she is gonna kick your ass one day," TJ laughed as I closed the door and I heard Connor let out his ridiculous laugh.
"Yeah. She will,"

Turning the TV over to something more fun than the history challenge that I can guarantee Abigail was watching.
Both girls have gone out today to see their families so its just me in the dorm.
A bowl of popcorn, shitty comedy television and the dorm to myself, what more could you want?
My mind wandered, strangely enough, to Grayson. I haven't forgot his words from yesterday morning. "I hope you're okay. That's the truth."
The truth for what? Not being the cold blooded vampire that you're family are very well known for being? Because I know he isn't.
No vampire would ever speak fondly of an elemental. Its not in their nature and I'm damn sure that its not because he cares.
Maybe he isn't as bad as what people portray him to be, sure he is arrogant and silly but maybe, just maybe beneath all of that, he is the unexpected.
Those big brown eyes, smooth skin, the very tidy birds nest on his head. The sharpness of his fangs as if he files them down on a daily basis, the way he rolls his eyes when he finds something funny or when he thinks he is secretly watching me but I know he is.
My eyes drfited to the book on the table. It was the same book that I had pulled out of Abigial's locker a few days ago.
A purple sticky note left on one of the pages and I grabbed the book and left the note where it was.
Reading over the page, I read very difficult words to understand, then again, this is a very sophisticated history book. My hand trailed to the note and I slipped my finger underneath it only to see a statement under it.
'The Crystal of Haven, knows all that is known. The future, the past and the unknown. For those who don't wish to find it, they will likely succeed. Those who try to find it, are bred from pure greed.
The Crystal of Haven, seeks all that use mind, it shall be given to the one of all kind. All powerful one, who holds it this current, will bring their own downfall at their worst moment.
The Crystal of Haven, is seen as many, don't be fooled, its not an ancient penny. It holds life and love, shines bright in the warmest of hands. Oh great one, the true owner, the most whole heart, when it's found, shall destroy it with not a single regard.'
What the bloody hell is the Crystal of Haven? Is this the Crystal that was given to Alistair instead of Alexandor Windsor?
If so... this is going to be a very bumpy ride for those involved.
A single knock at the door brought my attention back to where it should be. Sighing, I jumped off the couch and rowards the door.
Who is it? And why are they interrupting my me time?
Opening the door full swing, I leaned against the wall and froze when I saw Grayson.
"Hello?" I greeted and he looked at me in amusment as I'm in another pair of my stripe leggings.
Its the fashion people. Understand it.
"Can I come in?" He asked and I nodded my head before moving out of his way and allowing him to step through.
The scent of mint made its way through my nostrils and I relaxed into the smell that this vampire just brought into my dorm.
I watched him as he looked around the apartment, his eyes moving in different directions.
"Can I help you with something Melvin?" I asked as I sat down. "Its not everyday a vampire shows up at your-"
"Who is Xavier Rosewood?" He asked and I shot him a confused glare.
"Ask your parents." I answered and he shook his head before sliding his finger across one of Malin's crystals.
She will curse him for life if he breaks one of those.
"I have asked them. I receive nothing back apart from being told to mind my own business." He mimicked his fathers voice making me chuckle.
"Maybe you should?" I suggested and he shot me a glare.
"Maybe I should what?"
"Mind you're own business Gray."
