Dapper and Elena were seated in the cinema's left row, VIP section. Unlike regular seats, these Lego-like VIP chairs allowed for full customization based on preference. The two had set theirs up for secluded privacy, enclosing themselves from every angle except the front—where the screen was. They also bought two large bowls of popcorn and some ice cream.
The show began. It was a horror film about a half-human girl who transformed into a ghoul at night and devoured human flesh. Halfway through, Elena flinched, clearly scared, and cowered closer, her breasts pressing against Dapper's shoulder.
