Power system

[Cultivators path, from tier 0 to 5]:

For cultivators, every step is carved through will and pain.

1–Forming your aura core: At a critical age—usually between the ages of 11 to 15—the individual must push his willpower beyond a specific threshold for some seconds , your willpower will crystallizes, forming an aura core in the head, making you a Tier 1 cultivator .

2–Awakening the core: The cultivator must connect thousands of paths inside their bodies to their aura core through awakening technique, making a full aura circulation system. Once all connected, the core awakens, becoming Tier 2 and start using aura.

3–Affinity Recognising: Cultivators must try to sense their affinities if they have any. Some never discover one. Those who do can begin using affinity aura.

4–Advancement: To progress further, cultivators must either Create a personal cultivation technique suited to their soul, body, mind, and affinities, or just absorb aura cores.

5–Feedback: Each breakthrough refines the body, the mind, and slightly the soul. Cultivators also gain 20 years of extra lifespan each tier.

6–Traits and soul-bound Artifacts: At Tier 4, the cultivators could awaken a unique trait. At Tier 5, if lucky enough, the cultivator may awaken a soul-bound artifact which would improve with them .

7–Tier 6: Need to meet special conditions to reach Tier 6

[Exalted path, from Tier 1 to 5]:

Blessed on the birth. Their path is much easier than the cultivators in the start.

1–Forming your mana core: Exalted were lucky enough to born with an unawakened mana core—a natural gift from birth. Making them a Tier 1 Exalted.

2–Awakening the core: some exalted will naturally awaken their mana before the age of 15 without efforts . If they don't, they must go to any awakening center to try for one last time.

3–Aura core: After awakening their mana, they get a boost on soul and slight boost in mind, just enough to form and naturally awaken—in case they didn't already — their aura core. That mean they can wield both mana and aura.

4–Traits and Artifacts: After the core awakening , the Exalted instantly get their unique trait and their soul-bound artifact.

5–Advancing: To progress further, Exalted may use meditation techniques to refine their cores or absorb mana cores for faster growth, but they mustn't advance their mana core 2 Tiers higher than their aura core.

6–Feedback: Each breakthrough expands the mana pool, improve the mana quality, slightly improve the mind and soul and slow the aging.

7–Tier 6: Need to meet special conditions to reach Tier 6

Now for the most important part.

⟨Aura⟩: The Aura is an internal power that is made using the mental power and will. Where the mental power reflects the quantity and the will reflects the quality.

[Usages]: 

There are 3 usages for the aura in the first 5 tiers.

1–Aura pressure:A mental attack that weakens the opponents' mental power and will. Can be modified using some affinities.

2–Enhancement:Using the aura to enhance the body or any object temporarily, enhancing the body's power, speed, agility and endurance or enhancing a sword's durability, sharpness and power. Can be modified using any affinity to give special properties. For example: Using the metal affinity to give additional boost on strength, defense and endurance, getting some resistance to heat or cuts and becoming heavyl. Some affinities may have different properties like Space and Darkness.

3–MakingAura Techniques: The way you use your aura enhancement, the same affinity can be used in many ways which are called techniques. For example: Using fire aura to enhance an arrow to explode in touch or making the heat focus on the arrow tip to increase the penetration. Same affinity, same arrow, but 2 different techniques.

[Some Advantages]:

1–The aura is infinite. As long as you aren't mentally exhausted, you can use aura forever.

2–Enhance the whole body. Even the organs and the vital points, providing defense for all the body.

3–depends on the hard work, not the talent.

4–Your will can become stronger in different situation, making your aura also stronger as well.

[Some Disadvantages]:

1–Becoming mentally exhausted putting you in a big disadvantage.

2–Only enhance what already exist, not give, the enhancement would barely be visible on a weak body or wooden stick. Require training and strong artifacts.

3–Require direct contact with what you want to enhance.

4–Your will can become weaker in different situation, making your aura also weaker as well.

⟨Mana⟩: Mana is an external power that is made by the world itself, all that you do is absorb it and use it. Controlling it requires experience, mental power and talent.

[Usages]

There are 3 usages for mana in the first 5 tiers.

1–Creation: using mana to create what you imagine. Make it a ball, an arrow, a sword, a barrier, a tornado or even a black hole. Everything is possible as long as you have the required mana, control, mental power and structure. You can either use your imagination, instincts, control and experience to make your creation or copy a spell that already exists.

2–Manipulation: Manipulating what already exists. But unlike creation, it requires an affinity. You can move rivers and oceans with water affinity, throw mountains with earth affinity or reverse gravity with space affinity. It requires a higher control than the creation and drains more mental power, but the mana consumption is lower.

3–Making Spells: The way you use your mana creation. Even the pure mana can make all the types of spells. It requires experiments, high creativity, enough mana, high control and maybe even luck.

[Some Advantages]:

1–You don't need direct contact for manipulation.

2–Drain mental power less than aura.

3–Can create anything instead of needing artifacts.

4–It doesn't need a strong body.

[Some Disadvantages]:

1–The mana is finite. Once the pool is empty, you need to refill it.

2–Depends on the talent more than the hard work.

3–The spells you can use or make depend on your affinity.

4–Not all affinities can affect the body.

⟨ Affinity ⟩: each individual may or may not born with an affinity. It all depends on luck. The affinities are divided into 4 categories.

[Common]: you will most likely born with one of them like fire, metal, water, ice, light, darkness, etc...

[Rare]: it's rare to born with it but they exist like Space, Divine, Blood, Venom, Crystal, etc...

[Unique]: If only less than 10 people confirmed to have it then it's unique like Time, Solar, Eclipse, Fate, Luck, Void, etc...

[Mutant]: am affinity with strange properties. The rarity doesn't matter like Frost Lightning, Frost Fire, Venomous Blood, Flaming Crystal, etc...

⟨Traits⟩: everyone born with one trait, but it awaken at Tier 2 for Exalted or Tier 4 for Cultivators. It grow with you and can be anything like dragon transformation, increased strength, elemental physique, etc...

⟨ Soul-bound Artifacts ⟩: not all are lucky enough to get one. It awakens at Tier 2 for Exalted and Tier 5 for Cultivators. It grow with you and can be anything like a weapon, armor, necklace, mask, and the rarest of them: Beast.
