"What is this?" Henry asked, his eyes fixed on the object in Adyr's hand. It had a faint metallic sheen but looked, at a glance, like an ordinary stone—easily overlooked unless studied closely.
"Take it," Adyr said, grinning as he held it out.
Henry didn't hesitate. He knew Adyr wasn't the type to play cheap jokes. If he was offering something, there was a reason for it—something important to notice.
And the moment he held it, he understood.
"Something's... moving inside? Or pulsing?" Henry's eyes widened. He turned to Adyr with sudden intensity.
"Is this a Spark?" Rhys asked before Henry could.
