I didn't dare turn back since I was in such a pathetic state in front of my crush! I wanted impress him but my attempts failed miserably and looked like an absolute mess.I didn't want him to see that naive side of me..I just..wanted to impress him instead.As I was lost in my own thoughts again,I bit my lips a bit too hard and a bit of blood pooled at my lower lips.I felt Marius's fingers against my lips and quickly got out of my own thoughts..I was looking down the whole time since I couldn't look at his face..but now I wanted to see him..to see how his reaction would be..to let go of my own stupid "ego".I looked up,my eyes met his.There..I saw the look in his eyes.He had his usual cold and grumpy look..but as our eyes met,I also found a hint of worry with a bit of hesitation missed with a hint of affection..his cheeks were a bit pink..After a few minutes of our eye contact,he shyly looked away and spoke up first to drop the awkward situation."You shouldn't bit your lips like that Eric..you're bleeding." His hands were still on my lower lips,brushing against it.It felt..comforting.I couldn't reply,I just stared at him.My heart was pounding against my chest so hard.I felt like it would burst any second My cheeks were flushed.I hoped didn't look stupid in front of him at that time.I slowly nodded my head after a few seconds.
