Chapter 48 - Chapter 48: The War Of God's: Clash At Olympus.

Planet Earth

 The Kingdom of Olympus

The sky above Olympus burned with the fury of the gods. Dark clouds swirled like a storm of vengeance, and the ground trembled beneath the weight of divine power. At the heart of the ruined kingdom stood three figures—two gods of legend and one ruler who dared to challenge them.

Poseidon, the God of the Seas, gripped his mighty trident, his voice booming like crashing waves. "What do you want, Ruler?" he demanded, his eyes sharp as the ocean's depths.

Yoton, the mysterious and powerful invader, clenched his fists. His patience was thin, his anger boiling. "Why ask questions when you already know the answers?" he spat back, his voice dripping with fury.

Hades, the King of the Underworld, stepped forward, his shadow stretching like death itself. "You seek healing for your soul," he said coldly. "But you've come to the wrong place."

Yoton's lips curled into a sneer. "Hah! One of your dying soldiers told me the truth—Zeus's thunderbolt can restore me. And I will have it."

Poseidon shook his head, his voice firm. "We will never hand over our king's weapon."

Hades had heard enough. His patience snapped like a brittle bone. "Enough talk!" he roared, his voice shaking the earth. "You've slaughtered our warriors, destroyed our human subjects, and now you stand in our home, thinking you'll walk away alive?"

Yoton only laughed—a deep, mocking sound that echoed across the battlefield. "Pathetic gods. Even with half my strength, you are nothing to me."

Poseidon's grip tightened on his trident. "We'll see about that."

In an instant, the two gods lunged. Hades swung his twin chain blades, their edges gleaming with dark energy, while Poseidon thrust his trident with the force of a tidal wave. Yoton dodged effortlessly, his movements a blur. For a moment, their attacks were perfectly synchronized, forcing him to stay on the defensive.

But Yoton was no ordinary god, he was a ruler with immense power and knowledge of the battlefield. He studied their movements, his sharp eyes catching every flaw. Then—there! A split-second opening.

With a sudden burst of speed, Yoton drove his fist straight into Poseidon's face. The impact was catastrophic—bones shattered, blood sprayed, and the sea god was sent flying through the air, crashing through temples and towers like a broken doll.

Hades screamed in rage. "BROTHER!" His voice was raw with fury. "You… monster!"

Yoton smirked, wiping blood from his knuckles. "Now… it's just us."

Before Hades could react, Yoton was upon him—a whirlwind of fists, each strike landing with the force of a falling star. Hades barely blocked them, his arms trembling under the assault. He knew he couldn't hold back any longer.

With a roar that shook the heavens, Hades unleashed his true power. Dark energy erupted from his body, a storm of death that sent Yoton flying backward. The very air trembled as Hades transformed—his body grew massive, his skin darkened like scorched earth, and twin crimson horns curled from his skull. His eyes became voids of pure darkness, and a monstrous tail lashed behind him. This was the true King of the Underworld—no longer hiding, no longer restrained.

The sheer force of his presence paralyzed everything in sight. Mortals and gods alike froze, their bodies heavy with the weight of impending doom.

 But Yoton? He only smiled.

"Now this is a fight," he said, his voice calm yet thunderous. "Come, god. Let us battle as the divine beings we are."

 No more words. No hesitation.

 They clashed.

The moment their fists met, the world shattered.

A shockwave exploded outward, flattening mountains, tearing apart the kingdom of Olympus, and shaking the very foundations of the sacred mountain. The force hurled both warriors back, but Yoton recovered first. With impossible speed, he charged again, raining down blows that could level cities.

Yet this time, Hades stood firm. The attacks barely fazed him.

Yoton's eyes narrowed. He pulled back his fist, gathering energy for a devastating strike—

 But Hades moved faster.

A massive hand clamped around Yoton's leg.

 Then—SMASH!

Hades slammed him into the ground with such force that Mount Olympus split in two. The earth cracked, stone crumbled, and Yoton coughed blood, his bones fracturing from the impact.

Before he could rise, Hades grabbed him again—and hurled him out of the mountain.

Yoton tumbled through the air, but even mid-fall, he twisted his body, ready to recover—

 Then came the fire.

Hades opened his jaws, and from his maw poured Hell's Flame—a river of destruction that engulfed Yoton in an inferno. The blast hurled him downward like a falling meteor, crashing into the earth with a cataclysmic explosion.

The battlefield—already a wasteland—was reduced to nothing but ash and ruin. The kingdom of Olympus collapsed, its golden towers crumbling into dust.

As the smoke cleared, Hades descended, his monstrous form silhouetted against the flames. His eyes scanned the wreckage, waiting…

 Had it worked?

 Was Yoton finally defeated?
