The following days when the public was still awaiting the appearance of the new shareholders, Kieran had a brief meeting with Felix and his older brother, Alexander.
He had them understand the recruitment of new shareholders didn't gatekeep the chance of them working in the company again. It wasn't even an option, but he assured them they could surely resume working there again.
But that means they would be working for him. Alexander Jackson, almost as egoistical as his dead mother, had asked Kieran why he suddenly was trying to be nice and allow them continue working.
So, Kieran had to cut it out, clean and clear:
"I wasn't planning to do that at all. But... It was what Mrs Jackson requested for."
