It's exactly 00:00 at midnigth and every soldier open their eyes.They waste absolutely no time the moment it hits midnight because they know Akira is planning something and they know that they can't be late at the assembly.They all get of their beds and immediately change into their military uniform.They immediately get out of the hideout and go outside to the broken city and 11 figures stand Infront of them "You're all Early and very Early today i see" Akira says, he's voice cutting through the wind.Kibou stands forward And looks at all of them "Now lieutenants listen i want all of you to make your team and for the countries that have decided to join us.That's something to discuss about later" Kibou says coldy. Hannah raises her hand "So sir what if we run into a mutant i mean right now we're focusing on building the army up.What if mutants are taking over?" The captains notice how he's tone shifted and all realize it's something he wants to keep for himself.They all just continue to their normal mood and Akira walks away with Raijin "We'll be back and in the meantime you guys set up the new hideout" Akira says.The captians all go to the new hideout Kibou made already wishing they can finish it fast.
Akira and Raijin walk together, Finding people and teleporting them new the hideout thanks to Kibou's invention.Then Raijin stops for a second and says "Wait aren't mutants supposed to be weak at midnight?" And Akira replies "Yeah why"then Raijin says "Then why do i Sense powerful artificial novana?". Akira immediately realizes that the high ranking mutants have arrived.Akira coldy replies "Well then i guess Kibou find himself new test subjects."and Raijin and Akira unsheat their swords with Raijin having a katana and Akira having a long sword.They run near the zoo were all the high ranking mutants are in.A huge mutant snake attacks them but Raijin just dodges the attack and Akira effortlessly blocks it with one hand and squeezes it's face until it dies.The other mutants attack and Raijin steps forward "Shut up head Captain it's time for me to do it solo".
The first mutant attacks and second one but Raijin does a front flip 10 meters up and completely annilates them.The other 14 mutant animals attempt to ambush him but Raijin unleashes white lightning and it destroys them to ashes.Raijin looks at Akira and says "They seem to be only lieutenant level strong" and Akira replies "then that means a bigger threat is coming". Raijin nods "This Zillow guy is up to something big but what could it be?".Then a mutant eagles attack but Akira just stays calm completely poisoning them and killing them in the process.Raijin looks at the Zoo and sees a Lion ready to attack.It immediately stabs Raijin's eye with insane speed.Raijin quickly cuts it's arm to remove it's claw.He pulls the claw out of he's eye and takes a deep breath.Akira just watches narrowing he's eyes.Raijin unleashes he's White lighting but the Lion completely destroys it by it's roar but Raijin charges full speed making a lighting Tornado and the Lion screams it's heart out and gets killed by the lighting but Only for it to grow 20 feet tall.It looks down at Raijin and roars completely destroying every building in a 500 meter radius.Raijin sprints at it and jumps on it's knee and starts cutting it then he's other knee cap and then he jumps out and Cyrus out it's head clean off.
Akira looks at Raijin and says "Well let's take the tiger with us so Kibou will experiment on it". Raijin simply agrees and Akira knocks it out.
Akira arrives at the new hideout and says "Well it's time to unite the other armies and oh boy we'll have to work on that" and Raijin simply replies "only the 20 strongest Armies in the world". Akira's eye start to vibrate unnormally and he quickly claps he's hand together on he's ear, fixing he's ear vibration.Raijin looks at him and says "I go guess that drink of your's has something to hate" and Akira says "Oh shut up it's just a random accident not my some fate chosen power and chosen one or something". Lysander comes out of the hideout mountain and shouts "Captain! what about the other armies?" and Akira's ears almost vibrate again but Akira stops it.Akira just replies "Me and the captains will handle it and you lieutenants handle the android business stuff".and Raijin says "Well after we discuss that were going to discuss about the alphabets because there's something i just found out on an ancient stone message"and Akira says "So something tied to this war then"and Raijin nods.The other captians step forward And say "Well let's discuss it here and now"and haruto just gives Raijin a new eye just by a touch.Raijin just says "Paramedic captain is always on the look out"and haruto pouts but the captains just ignore it.Kibou summons a huge table and chairs for the captains.They all sit down and Kibou looks at Akira knowing he's about to prepose a new idea.
