Once Eric arrived in his room, as usual, he opened the window and sat on the bed beside it. He enjoyed basking in the sun and he was not worried his skin would get burned in the process. He sat in the lotus position and meditated.
Ever since he arrived in the world, every time he meditated, he would not enter the mind sea. He always emptied his mind and often talked with himself. After all, there was no need to enter the mind sea since he would be able to create a low-level martial art easily without trying to completely visualize it.

Eric, for the first time in a while and out of curiosity, entered his mind sea. The mind sea contained his consciousness, mental strength, and will power. Simply put, his mind sea would develop how he constructed his mind from time to time.
