The words heightened their motions.
The commander twisted his neck sideways, looking sideways, his face etched in viciousness. He looked at the soldiers pointing the gun at him.
He gave a sly smile.
Julian watched every of his move, studying him. His every move, every motion, every movement of his eyes.
"You boys can do nothing to me," the commander finally said to the soldiers. "The whole time I've been here I've saw no one as a threat…" he paused, nodding sideways and grinning, as if trying to force the words out of his mouth.
"Ah…." The commander wanted to say something but then stopped. He faced Julian.
"Ok. Let's end this. Let's make peace. Fighting me would obliterate this planet. Let's just end this. I take the bomb away and leave your planet."
Julian was laughing silently. He was genuinely surprised that the governor believed everything he had been acting.
What an actor he must be.
"End what,. after killing the governor?" Julian said.
The commander snickered.
