Not even Claude would deny that his reaction was too vague, especially to Len, who was seemingly acting strangely. That was why he wasn't surprised when Len pulled him back when everyone left the SCB's office. Claude only turned to Len, who closed the door after everyone had gone out. He also held the door with one palm to make sure it stayed closed.
Len looked at him with a slight frown. "Baby, did I displease you? Not only did you hit me, but you also dismissed me. I want to know why."
"To be honest, you're the one acting strange." Claude walked back to the conference table and sat on the edge. Since Len held the door, the other person didn't casually follow. Claude smiled bitterly. "I don't think you're being yourself."
"How so?" Len wanted to sit closer to Claude, but no one would stop others from interrupting them. He knew full well that one of the Epsilons would surely fetch him.
