My eyes searched Kyle's, clutching his arms. "What do you mean?"
I stepped back, the thought swirling in my head. How did he know I met with Dror? Had he been keeping an eye on me all this time? How did he find us?
"I'll explain everything, Mia," he said.
"But first, you have to promise me you're not going to that meeting."
There were too many things going on at that moment, and it was hard for me to focus. I stepped away from him, watching him carefully.
"Take off your clothes," I ordered.
He blinked in surprise. "What?"
"Take off your clothes, Kyle," I repeated.
He glanced around. "I don't think this is the right place," he paused, his gaze holding mine. "Or the right time."
I rolled my eyes. "Get over yourself, Kyle."
I paced around his body and stared at his ears. There were no mics.
He pulled off his jacket and his shirt, leaving his chest bare.
No wires. Good.
He removed his pants, and caressed the hem of his briefs, his eyes on me.
