Lightning surged from all directions, but it was instantly shattered by a violent repulsive force.
The shockwave tore up the ground, and the Kumo Shinobi who cast the jutsu was sent flying.

Another call rang out.
Five seconds later, a second wave of repulsion blasted the enemies even farther, completely knocking them out of the fight.
The more Naruto used Shinra Tensei, the better he understood its power.
At the Jōnin level, taking one hit made your whole body feel like it was falling apart.
Two hits? You were down for the count, completely unable to fight, though still alive.
Beneath the cracked wall of the Raikage's mansion, Dodai had managed to protect himself. He had quickly used Lava Style to create a soft rubber shield just before the second shockwave.
Still stunned, Dodai muttered, "What just happened? With him at the center, both ninjutsu and the shinobi who cast it were repelled. Does that mean physical and ninjutsu attacks are completely useless against him?"
Through the gaps in the shield, he saw Kumo Jōnin scattered across the ground, unable to move.
"There was a tiny gap between his two attacks... If not for that, I wouldn't have had time to form this shield. So this power isn't flawless…"
Naruto glanced around, raised the hem of his Fire Cloud robe, and walked steadily toward the mansion gates.
Dodai's eyes flickered. "I made a mistake. I thought that anyone who needed to cause a distraction before sneaking in must not be that strong. So I focused our main forces on his companions who were making the noise. But I was completely wrong…"
"If that repulsion technique has a weakness between uses, I should be able to exploit it with my own jutsu…"
After a quick but careful analysis, Dodai opened the rubber shield wider and raised his hand.
Naruto glanced at him and said calmly, "Don't try it, Uncle Dodai. Your technique won't protect you a second time."
Snap!
Dodai's hand froze in midair. Cold sweat ran down his face.
He saw right through me… We're not on the same level at all. Who is this guy, really?
Rustle…
The protective jade was pulled aside. Dodai cautiously asked, "Raikage-sama isn't in the village right now."
Naruto replied, "Of course I know that."
Dodai's eyes narrowed. "Then what is your purpose?"
Naruto smiled and asked back, "Why? Can you give me what I want?"
Dodai hesitated. "You could try saying it. Maybe there's room to talk."
"We're both shinobi," Naruto said, turning his eyes away. "So let's stop pretending."
Whoosh!
A gust of air rose from under his feet, and his body overcame gravity and floated into the sky!
Dodai's eyes widened. He didn't use Tsuchikage Ohnoki's jutsu to make his body weightless… nor did he use a flying platform like the one made from gold dust by the former Kazekage, Rasa. Then how is he flying?
Wait… that ability earlier, the one that repelled ninjutsu, could it be that the core of his power is manipulating a force field?!
Naruto's control over the Rinnegan had steadily improved. He could now manipulate force fields, override gravity, and fly abilities he had only unlocked after gaining the Six Paths' power in his past life.
As he hovered in the air, Naruto waved his sleeve.

Four black rods flew precisely to the corners around the Raikage's mansion.

He formed a hand seal with two fingers in front of his chest.

Purple flames erupted from each rod, rapidly forming a powerful barrier that sealed off the Raikage's mansion from the outside world.
Outside the barrier, Dodai shouted in disbelief, "One person activated a reinforced version of the Four Purple Flame Formation?! Are you that rogue ninja from Konoha who joined Akatsuki?!"
Naruto replied calmly, "Not Akatsuki, it's Hikari Akatsuki. That's important, so remember it."
Inside the barrier, Naruto said a few quiet words to the group behind him, then said no more. He simply waved his hand

The mansion's roof collapsed, and Naruto dropped into the wreckage.

Smoke and battle cries filled the air as Kumo shinobi scrambled.
Jūgo, Suigetsu, Konan, Kisame, and Orochimaru unleashed their most powerful jutsu to hold off the enemy, buying time for Naruto.

The Raikage and Killer Bee were resting.
"Bee," the Raikage said seriously, "you barely survived this time. You only lived because they wanted to capture the Jinchūriki alive. If I had arrived a moment later, it would've become a disaster."
He paused, then continued, "Over the years, they've been moving in the shadows. The Jinchūriki of the Suna, Kiri, and Iwagakure have all been killed. The one from Konoha defected, and no one knows where he is now. It's clear they'll come for you again. So from now on, stay in the village. No wandering around!"
"Stayin' in place, losin' the race~~ dummy face, disgrace~~!"
Killer Bee rapped, completely unfazed.
The Raikage rolled his eyes and snapped, "Hey, idiot! I'm being serious!"
Clang!!
With one iron-fisted punch from the Raikage, Killer Bee finally settled down.
The Raikage sighed. "Alright, how about this, if you stay in the village like you're told, I'll have Samui keep an eye on you. All day, every day."
Killer Bee's eyes lit up behind his shades. He even stopped rapping. "All day? Even at night?"
The Raikage smirked. "Heh, that depends on your charm. But let me be clear whatever happens, it has to be mutual. And you're not allowed to do anything that would disgrace the honor of a ninja!"
Crack!
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning split the sky above them.
The Raikage looked up, and caught it in his bare hand.
"Thunder voice transmission, what's happening in the village?"
As the lightning faded, an urgent voice echoed in the Raikage's mind.
"The village is under attack, return immediately!"
Swish!
The Raikage stood up at once.
Killer Bee called out, "Brother…"
The Raikage turned and ordered, "Mabui! Prepare the Heavenly Transfer Technique!"
Mabui rose to her feet. "What happened?"
"The village is under attack!" the Raikage said sharply.
"What?! Who would dare do such a thing?" the nearby shinobi gasped.
The Raikage's face turned cold. "In today's ninja world, only Akatsuki would dare. The attack happened right after their people were rescued. Who else could it be?!"
The Kumo Shinobi around him grew tense. They had all heard about what happened to Konoha when Akatsuki struck. Every ninja knew they were a threat to the entire world.
The Raikage turned to Bee. "Bee, I have to return to the village now."
Killer Bee nodded, face serious. "I get it, bro. This is about the village's survival. Don't worry I won't sneak off again. Just go back and crush those guys!"
The Raikage gave a rare smile. "Good. I'll be waiting for you—in the village, after I smash Akatsuki!"
The AB brothers grinned and bumped fists.
A shinobi called out, "Raikage-sama, the ritual is ready!"
Mabui was ready to perform the Heavenly Transfer Technique.
Crack!
Lightning surged around the Raikage as he activated his Lightning Armor and stepped into the ritual circle. This armor was necessary—without it, his body would be torn apart by the light-speed transfer!
The shinobi in linen robes closed his eyes and formed a hand seal.
—Ninjutsu: Heavenly Transfer Technique!
Whoosh!!
Bathed in divine light, the Raikage vanished.
Darui let out a sigh. "The ninja world is in chaos... We should head back soon too."
Whoosh!
Just then, a dark vortex twisted through space. A chill filled the air, and a cold voice echoed out.
"Yo... nice to finally meet you, Eight-Tails Jinchūriki, Killer Bee."
Through the swirling space, a single eye glowed with menace the Sharingan beneath Obito's mask scanned the tense shinobi standing guard.
"The Raikage isn't here? Good... that makes things easier for me."
