When he arrived above the turtles trying to flee, the storm surrounding him transformed into a storm of fire and lightning, thanks to the additional fire and lightning elements from him, giving it an even more ferocious appearance.
It looked as if it could easily devastate a massive city like Velos 33.

At that moment, Luis's storm—mixed with fire and lightning—struck one of the turtles.

The result: the turtle was instantly shredded, its shell torn apart, and its flesh roasted by the flames.
