Hinata is a Byakugan user, everyone knows that.

Kitahara Hitoshi's ninja rabbit is also blind. People in the small group know that. Even Hinata herself often feels that when she is stared at by Kitahara Hitoshi's ninja rabbit, it's like being looked at as some kind of inferior creature.

So Hinata would subconsciously grow timid.

And this, Hinata acknowledged.

But… the current situation is…

"Eh?"

Hinata's small mouth opened slightly, a surprised expression on her face.

Because when Kitahara Hitoshi walked in, his eyes looked the same as hers.

Also… Byakugan?

"Um?"

Kitahara Hitoshi was trying to pull Hinata's hand but noticed her expression.

"You're worried about this..."

He covered his eyes with one hand, then lifted it. His pupils returned to their usual golden hue.

As if the Byakugan from before had been a misperception.

The big pillar looked confused.

Big Pillar: Mmm.

Big Pillar: I can't figure this out.

Otakako Black Zetsu: I can't figure it out either.

Because.

Can the bloodline of the ĹŚtsutsuki clan be suppressed just like that?

It had never seen Kaguya-sama's Byakugan be replaced with normal black pupils or a Sharingan or anything else.

Only.

Black Zetsu stared at the center of the group as the ninja rabbit on the ground slid over to Kitahara Hitoshi, then raised its two small claws and lightly patted Kitahara Hitoshi's face.

It seemed to be confirming whether his eyes were truly Byakugan.

Clearly.

There was no mistake. Kitahara Hitoshi had likely absorbed Shiren's Tenseigan and obtained an ĹŚtsutsuki physique.

Otherwise, Kaguya-sama's reaction wouldn't have been so intense.

"It's stable for now," Kitahara Hitoshi said. "This exceeded my expectations a bit. I'll need to adjust my plan."

"I thought it was a single world."

"But..."

"I didn't expect the movie timeline to mix in too."

Kitahara Hitoshi said.

"Huh?" Hinata blinked.

Black Zetsu frowned, his large eyes full of confusion.

Senju Tobirama:

Big Pillar: ?

Senju Tobirama: We initially thought Kitahara-kun was from the future, right?

Big Pillar: Yes.

Namikaze Minato: I agree.

Namikaze Minato: Otherwise, how would he know so much?

Namikaze Minato: And thanks to that, my Naruto was spared a more miserable path.

Senju Tobirama: ...

Tobirama felt a jab in his waist.

Minato's reasoning was hard to argue against.

Because of the Third Hokage's passivity and chaotic governance... it was true.

Truthfully, if Tsunade had become Jinchūriki and Naruto had to face that, then Tobirama might have directly destroyed Konoha.

Because.

If even your descendants can't be protected and are intentionally harmed, what's the point in protecting such a village?

Back to the topic.

Not just Minato, even Tobirama felt that Kitahara Hitoshi might be from the future.

After all, anyone who joined the group saw the second line of its introduction—that the group connects the past, present, and future.

Now it's Kakashi's timeline, and the past Hokage have joined. So why wouldn't it link to a future one?

It wouldn't be surprising.

Kitahara Hitoshi's refusal to become Hokage might be because he already became one in the future and got tired of it.

Plus, the group's alias is "Live Kitahara Hitoshi." If he wasn't a fixed character, why would that be the name?

After adding all that up, Tobirama agreed with Minato's claim.

That was Tobirama's thinking.

But.

Senju Tobirama: The problem now is that ĹŚtsutsuki Shiren's appearance exceeds his knowledge.

Senju Tobirama: Could it be that our involvement and all the changes we've made are influencing the future?

Senju Tobirama: That's why Shiren's appearance caught him off guard?

Senju Tobirama: Because Shiren wasn't supposed to be part of this?

Namikaze Minato: If so… then it's because my Naruto's destiny was changed...

Minato fell silent.

Throughout their time in the group, he had seen how hard Naruto tried to gain others' approval. Even without Kitahara-kun, Naruto might've eventually become Hokage.

Because Minato believed in his son. He believed Naruto was just like the kind of protagonist Jiraiya would write about.

But the key point was… how much suffering would he have had to endure to get there?

And that was mostly because of his irresponsible father—the Fourth Hokage himself.

Minato couldn't deny his own failings. But he truly didn't want Naruto to suffer endlessly.

So in the end, he accepted—or rather, preferred—Naruto's current life.

Less pain. Closer to his dreams.

And he also gained reliable companions, teachers, and friends.

Senju Tobirama:

Senju Tobirama: Then... did my presence also change the original plot?

Senju Tobirama: Because if Orochimaru wasn't in the group, I wouldn't know he planned to desecrate me.

Senju Tobirama: Then I wouldn't be as aware and prepared as I am now.

Senju Tobirama: So is it my very presence that caused changes in the timeline?

Fourth Raikage Ai: So Kitahara Hitoshi knows everything. If nothing had changed, would my Cloud Village still be safe?

Fourth Raikage Ai: Konoha, you owe me Cloud Village!

Fourth Raikage's emotions exploded.

Senju Tobirama: Eat your words.

Tobirama shot back coldly.

Senju Tobirama: Don't forget that you were the one who plotted to kidnap Hinata in the first place.

Senju Tobirama: And considering Kitahara-kun's bond with Hinata, do you really think Cloud Village would be left untouched?

Fourth Raikage Ai: …uh...

The Raikage was left speechless.

Because no one had told them back then that Hyūga Hinata couldn't be captured.

Big Pillar: So, Shiren's appearance deviated from the plot Kitahara Hitoshi knew?

Big Pillar: Was it because of me? Was I supposed to face Madara, but Kitahara Hitoshi, knowing I'd lose, replaced me?

Big Pillar: And that change led to ĹŚtsutsuki Shiren showing up?

Otakako Black Zetsu:

It had already understood that the people in the group now believed Shiren's arrival did not follow the proper sequence of events.

So everyone believed it was their own fault, the fault of their small group. Their interference in reality ultimately led to the emergence of the supervillain Shiren.

That, in itself, was far from normal.

There was clear cause and effect.

Black Zetsu was acutely aware that Shiren's appearance might be his responsibility to bear.

After all, Kitahara Hitoshi initially had no knowledge that Shiren was on the moon. If he had known, he wouldn't have allowed Shiren to go there to investigate Kaguya-sama's status.

Black Zetsu, the ever-devoted son, remained silent.

But wasn't it true? Was this calamity entirely Black Zetsu's doing?

Had Shiren not been possessed or awakened the Tenseigan, he wouldn't have rushed to the moon.

So… was Black Zetsu the root of all evil?

It didn't just stand by and do nothing. Instead, its involvement caused complex and far-reaching consequences.

Black Zetsu realized it might be discarded at any moment.

Instantly, everyone in the group began questioning if their mere existence had altered the course of the future.

Everyone turned inward, plagued by doubt and guilt.

One Tail, Shukaku, commented that even within their small group, change had begun.

Kurama interrupted him.

Nine Tails also pondered the situation. Everyone believed Kitahara Hitoshi hailed from the future and held foresight over all events.

If that were true, then his current actions were likely distorting the original path as well.

And now they had all appeared in this world…

Was it their fault too?

Nine Tails remembered interfering with Naruto's chakra system before, which hindered his ability to practice ninjutsu.

A small action had triggered a massive butterfly effect, eventually bringing Ōtsutsuki—descendants of the Sage of Six Paths' brother—to the ninja world in an attempt to destroy it.

So… was Nine Tails expected to take the blame now?

Nine Tails frowned deeply.

It noticed the live broadcast was still active.

Kitahara Hitoshi was muttering to himself.

"Theatrical version…"

"If that's the case, I really need to consider everything carefully."

"This shows the ninja world has a more complex chakra system than initially assumed."

"Heaven places great responsibility on those within this land."

"The peaceful life I desire has gained another burden."

"There must be some form of protection in place."

"Looks like another Hokage will have to be pulled out."

Hashirama responded lightheartedly, seeing it as an affirmation of Kitahara Hitoshi's responsibility.

Tobirama asked if it meant Kitahara Hitoshi had taken on the full burden of events beyond his understanding.

Minato agreed.

Hashirama laughed, proud that a child from Konoha had shouldered such a task.

Tobirama, however, interrupted the moment.

He reminded his brother of something important.

What Kitahara Hitoshi meant by "pull out another Hokage" was literal.

Tobirama explained it could mean reviving either Minato or Hashirama.

Minato noted that he might not be a viable choice, since his soul resided with the Shinigami, and Impure World Reincarnation wouldn't work.

So, the more practical option was Hashirama.

Hashirama was surprised but gradually warmed up to the idea.

After all, he had left the world too soon. Maybe it was time to contribute again, to resolve problems that should've been handled from the beginning.

Tobirama asked if he was sure. If Kitahara Hitoshi revived him, it would be to fulfill a role similar to Tobirama's.

Endless paperwork with eyes open and closed alike.

Hashirama hesitated but began considering it seriously.

Meanwhile, Black Zetsu exhaled in relief.

That brief moment of love and sentimentality was over.

Kitahara Hitoshi had persevered.

And now, with the ĹŚtsutsuki physique, he was likely the strongest individual Black Zetsu had ever known.

His Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack was even more refined than Kaguya-sama's.

Truth be told, Kaguya wasn't great at controlling it.

Since the little ninja rabbit was now safe, Black Zetsu chose to retreat from the scene.

Its physical form had already left, leaving behind only a possessed White Zetsu as it journeyed to the Hidden Rain Village.

Capturing just one White Zetsu was enough to preserve its special status in the Akatsuki.

With that identity, it could easily contact Obito or approach Payne at will.

Nagato was the one actually controlling Payne.

If Black Zetsu wasn't mistaken, Uchiha Madara likely feared that if he sent it to the moon, it would fall in battle.

So, the Rinnegan…

"Absolutely…"

"Why are you staring at me?"

Black Zetsu arrived at the entrance of the village, just as the leader of the Akatsuki, Payne, returned with five other bodies.

Their dust-covered robes suggested they had just completed some sort of special training.

Black Zetsu simply said, "Nothing," and turned his gaze.

Seeing that Six Paths Payne still had the Rinnegan and could act freely, Black Zetsu deduced that Madara had indeed returned the Rinnegan to Nagato.

But then… why was Madara acting so quickly?

Black Zetsu sank back into the earth, once again searching for Orochimaru's experimental corpses.

Because Uchiha Madara's body—his dirt clone—was still under Black Zetsu's control.

With enough materials, it had split that body into hundreds.
