Chapter 121 - 0121 The Visit

That day, Adrian woke up slightly earlier than usual.

The morning sunlight filtered through the gaps in the curtains into his room.

When he first tried to travel to the Burrow through the fireplace, there was no response—probably because the Floo Network passage to the Burrow hadn't opened yet.

After Adrian wandered around the plantation for a while, the Floo Network passage finally opened.

"The Burrow."

As Adrian called out his destination, as green flames enveloped him.

When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in an unfamiliar room.

It was a cramped little living room connected to the kitchen, with the fireplace at the center of the house.

The walls were densely covered with various trinkets, and the corners were piled high with colorful cans and spice bottles.

A large table was surrounded by many chairs—indicating this family had numerous members.

Adrian saw that the Weasley family and Harry were already seated at the dining table. It appeared to still be breakfast time.

"We have a visitor, children!"

Molly Weasley noticed the commotion at their fireplace and quickly stood up from the dining table, walking over to Adrian. She looked him up and down and said, "You must be Professor Westeros."

At the dining table, Arthur breathed a sigh of relief—he had just been arguing with his wife about that privately modified flying car.

Fortunately, Adrian's arrival put an end to this scene.

"Yes, Mrs. Weasley." Adrian nodded, lightly brushing the dust off his clothes. "Thank you very much for the invitation."

Molly warmly grasped his hand: "Please, have a seat! You're just in time for breakfast. Ron and Harry were just talking about how you'd be coming today."

She turned to the dining table, "Children, make room for Professor Westeros!"

The table immediately erupted in commotion, and Adrian eventually sat down next to Harry.

The Weasley family was very welcoming.

When Adrian mentioned that he had lived in the Muggle world for some time, Arthur was delighted and asked him many questions about Muggles.

Including but not limited to: airplanes, televisions, washing machines...

Although Arthur worked at the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office at the Ministry of Magic, his understanding of Muggle items was quite limited.

He even thought that Muggle clothes would jump into water and wash themselves clean.

In fact, Adrian and Arthur had met during before first-year went to Hogwarts express in the station, but Arthur seemed to have forgotten about it.

When the conversation turned to that flying old Ford, Arthur quickly shot meaningful glances at Adrian, as he saw Molly looking at him with a dangerous expression.

It seemed Adrian would have to find another time to ask Arthur how he had modified that car.

"Professor," Percy, sitting diagonally across from Adrian, looked at him with anticipation: "About the O.W.L.s exam results, when will they be announced?"

Percy looked somewhat different from his serious image at Hogwarts—his hair was now disheveled like a bird's nest ravaged by a storm, and his pajama collar was crooked.

"This week, Percy," Adrian looked at Percy with a smile. "And I have some inside information about your results—"

Percy immediately sat up straight, a small tuft of hair sticking up comically.

"—Absolutely perfect. Twelve O.W.L.s certificates. Congratulations, Percy."

As soon as Adrian finished speaking, Percy's face flushed bright red. He suddenly stood up from his chair, then immediately realized his loss of composure and tried to maintain his dignity by straightening his crooked pajama collar before sitting back down.

"Ahem... This was within my expectations."

But his mouth corners were already uncontrollably turning upward, his fingers were trembling slightly—clearly excited beyond measure.

Molly clapped her hands excitedly.

"Oh, Percy! I knew you could do it!" She rushed over and gave Percy a tight hug, nearly squashing his nose. "Just like Bill back then!"

In fact, achieving all certificates in the O.W.L.s exams was extremely difficult—the Weasley family had produced two such achievers.

This family's genes were definitely extraordinary.

"By the way," Arthur glanced at Harry, then focused his gaze on Adrian: "I heard Harry has been receiving... um... summer training from you. Is that true?"

"Yes, Mr. Weasley," Adrian nodded, lifting his teacup for a sip. "Harry has indeed been under my guidance."

Arthur curiously leaned forward: "If you don't mind me asking, Professor... are you and Harry related? You take such good care of him."

Adrian was taken aback—it seemed Arthur thought he was Harry's distant relative.

After all, in the wizarding world, everyone was part of the same circle, and it was normal for people to have family connections, especially among pure-blood families.

Like Ron's grandmother, who was cousins with Draco's great-grandfather.

Adrian smiled and waved his hand dismissively: "Of course not. He's my student, that's all."

Arthur nodded thoughtfully.

In fact, the wizarding world often had such wild master-apprentice relationships among wild wizards, closer than the typical student-professor dynamic at regular schools.

So, Arthur didn't find it strange that Adrian was personally tutoring Harry.

After breakfast, Harry and Ron were in the yard playing with gnomes, while Mr. Weasley went to rest—he had worked overtime all day yesterday.

With permission, Adrian began studying the old Ford parked beside the yard.

However, without Arthur's explanation, he couldn't make much sense of this magical car.

With nothing else to do, Adrian observed the surrounding environment.

The Burrow was located on the outskirts of Ottery St. Catchpole village, hidden among small hills and trees.

There was also a small lake and a shed beside the house.

The shed contained Arthur Weasley's collection of Muggle-made items—he liked to take them apart and enchant them with magic.

However, Adrian hadn't received permission to go inside.

This was an ideal place to live.

Adrian suddenly thought that perhaps finding such a deserted place to build a house wouldn't be bad either.

At that moment, Adrian noticed a black dot on top of a small hill to the north.

He squinted, looking in that direction, and beckoned to Ron nearby: "Ron, what's that on top of the hill over there?"

Ron was busy throwing a gnome over the fence. Hearing this, he looked up: "Oh, that's our neighbor, the Lovegood house."

He wiped the dirt off his hands and continued: "That family... how should I put it? They might seem a bit strange. But you should have seen the magazine Lovegood edits and publishes, The Quibbler—it has some reputation."

Adrian nodded thoughtfully.

Luna Lovegood was also an important character in the original story.

It seemed this year would be when Luna started at Hogwarts.

For some reason, Adrian suddenly became interested in the Lovegood family.

He had read The Quibbler before—he wasn't sure what mental state someone had to be in to write such chaotic content and reports.

But... he liked that touch of madness.

It was quite interesting, wasn't it?

Since there was nothing else to do today, Adrian immediately decided to visit the editor-in-chief of The Quibbler.
