"For real?" said Eva.
"That's great news, I guess that's one more reason to celebrate tonight," said Frank.
"Really?" said Sebastian.
"Yes. They won't drop their laws regarding witchcraft and will still carry the sentences currently in place for when someone is found guilty of it, but they will no longer actively hunt us down. Recent events are making a lot of people realize that we always handled our own and that it was best to let us continue to do so," said Ralphonse.
"It's about time they realize that. Most of the people killed by human authorities were either human or weak coven witches. The most wanted ones who have been killed were executed or handled by elementals. Hell, Blue even killed two of them," said Sebastian.
"True, they even had Blue and Alejandro served on a silver platter, and they failed," said Stephanie.
Over the next few weeks, more countries started backing out of the witch hunt and stopped using the list. While the Shadow Elementals were busy taking down more operations spearheaded by radical clans, the CMMA worked on their reform.
The remaining six elders also worked on uniting the shifter and vampire factions and rebuilding their trust so they could show a united front and work together on ending the war in their country. Not getting responses from the Alpha King, Eva helped the remaining elders secure meetings with alphas so they could discuss the reform with them.
"Something I should point out to you before you address the wolves," said Eva as she gave the elders their meeting schedule with the shifter leaders, "many of them wouldn't have agreed to meet with you if it wasn't for our involvement to free their members who had been kidnapped and taken to the northern Saskatchewan secret lab. Blue and I worked with a lot of packs over the past few years, but last month's event had a much larger scale impact on the wolves."

They rented a conference room in Trois-Rivières to discuss their plan with the alphas and betas from the packs located in the eastern provinces.
"The CMMA always was supposed to be representing all the mythical beings, not only the elementals. Yet, we still don't have a lycanthrope representative," said Alpha Koby, representing the Moonlight Pearl pack.
"Each district will have lycanthrope representatives to act as liaisons. For a district with a higher concentration of wolves and other types of shifters, such as the District VIII would have in the east, we will recommend hiring a minimum of three shifters, including at least a wolf," said High Elf Yalor.
"If that's the case, Blue Thunder is as close as we can get from one, and the only CMMA wolf agent we ever met, worked with her. If she leads our district liaisons, count my pack in," said Alpha Gary Leblond, representing the White Moon pack.
"Blue Thunder is currently being considered for District VIII," said High Mage Finnas.
"I see. Well, according to your map division, my pack would be in District IX, near the drawn borderline. Put my pack in her District, and you have my support," said Alpha Gary.
"When all of us were threatened by elemental lunatics wanting to experiment on us or stirring trouble, and none of us could reach out to anyone at the CMMA when we needed the most, she came. She, along with her brother-in-law, also provided almost all of us with free wards to protect us against your kind," said Alpha Collins Gagnon, representing the Red Crescent pack.
"She's siding with the panthers, though," said Alpha Blake Sanche, representing the Sacred Moon pack.
"Can you name one time she favoured a panther over a wolf just because she's one? She challenged and killed the former panther's leader because he kept stirring trouble with us," said Alpha Koby.
"If Blue Thunder is on board for my district, you have the support of the Howling Warriors pack," said Alpha Claus Marltees.
"Did her free wards protect you from hunters last week?" said Alpha Blake to Alpha Gary.
"They would have if my wolves didn't venture where they weren't supposed to."
"If the hunters are the only ones we need to worry about, Blue still gets my support. Last I checked, she also needs to worry herself about them," said Alpha Collins.

"I believe Blue Thunder needs to teach human politicians how to win a campaign. There are also a lot of vampire clans who would follow her," said High Fay Ellya.
The six remaining CMMA elders sat in their meeting room, discussing their last meetings with non-elemental factions and finalizing their decisions on who was to become elders post-reform.
"She has a lot of influence in our communities, but I believe the majority of the human population fear her, she wouldn't get their vote," said High Mage Finnas.
"She is bridging the shifters and vampires back to us, how it should have been from the beginning. It doesn't matter how young she is if we want our neglected factions to trust us again post-reform, we need her on board," said High Elf Frizzo.
"Rodmoz is younger than her and we agreed to appoint him High Djinn for District IV. I say yes to Blue Thunder for District VIII. Most djinns don't trust her because she killed too many of my kind, even though they knew they needed put down. District VIII has the least amount of djinns and includes mythical factions we need to make amends with. She's the key to that," said High Djinn Moraa.
"Moraa and Frizzo are right. Blue Thunder is the bridge we need to regain the trust of mythical factions we neglected. She is mostly influential to our benefit in what would be District VIII. I think there is no better person for this particular district. It is better to have her on our side than against us," said High Goblin Glorisse.
"To prevent potential corruption and conflict of interest, we decided that our new elders would be mated. In light of what transpired from the northern Saskatchewan compound, I am satisfied with the mated status requirement for Blue Thunder. She also has shown leadership skills in crucial missions and her flyball career," said High Mage Finnas.
"I do agree we need her on board post-reform, but will she want the role? She doesn't have a contract with us, so she can refuse," said High Elf Yalor.
"She attacked and killed Ylkyo in that abomination of a lab, and we justified her for it. It's a card we can pull if she refuses," said High Goblin Glorisse.
"She is the leader of a werepanther clan based in District VIII. If we agree to appoint her High Mage for that district, then we won't need to reach out to her to get her support for the reform. The panthers will follow her, but she'd need to appoint a new leader for their clan," said High Fay Ellya.
