With the second tide near, Dawn is preparing herself for her newly assigned duty.
She agreed to help relocate their collected beasts, making space for the new beasts of the second tide.
Sitting at a desk, a map was splayed out in front of her.
From Iron Mountain, the northeastern to eastern regions, and the northwestern to western regions were the habitats.
Housing the thousands of beasts and their respective groups.
They lived small small streams and springs, separated by Dao Art mediums which conjured barriers.
Dawn's objective was to relocate them up north and towards the east.
A few hundred kilometres in that direction lies the Great River.
According to Silver Extreme, due to the presence and number of spirits, beasts normally avoid the Great River.
This was their assurance that the tides wouldn't implicate the relocating beasts.
However, forcing these beast groups to occupy an area they would naturally flee from was difficult.
The plan was to subjugate the beasts and reign them completely.
Using this forceful authority to guide the beasts.
Dawn could achieve this through sheer power and a borrowed Dao Art.
The next problem would be the myriad kinds of beasts.
Even if she totally subjugated all of them, they would still refuse to mix.
It would be difficult to control more than three beast groups and keep them docile in one another's presence.
The final dilemma was achieving this in a few nights' time, two nights to be exact.
Dawn spent the entire first night resting.
This second night was for planning, and hopefully acting.
The final night is before the night of the second tide's arrival.
That leaves too little time for Dawn to achieve this big plan.
'It would be wise to move the westernmost beast groups first.'
'Owls, foxes, some of the big cat species, and other suchlike animals should be moved during the later hours.'
'I could begin moving them out after the third hour of Falling Hour tonight.'
Looking at the map, Dawn had already marked a trail to follow.
It was the most efficient path to the Great River that avoided most of the other beast groups.
Dawn had to try and avoid the other beast groups as much as possible.
This was to retain the environment as much as possible.
Stealing the beasts of that area could affect the ecosystem of the environment.
Such an imposing number of beasts would not be welcomed too warmly, either.
'There are a few beasts that can be extracted during earlier hours. I should try and make a move now.'
'Is there enough time for me to relocate? If I leave by the third hour of Falling Hour, I can move three beast groups out and return by the beginning of Rising Hour.'
'Nine hours for three beast groups. It also depends on the groups as well...'
'I should relocate the ground animals first, those that can fly have more manoeuvrability, they will be best suited for desperate times.'
With a sigh, Dawn had figured out her course of action and began preparing to relocate the beast groups.
...
Near the outermost ring of Iron Mountain's divot, beyond the barren land.
Arriving at a habitat, Dawn walked through the barrier, entering to find it populated with foxes within.
Holding a tablet with the image of a White Tiger, pale light shone and spread throughout the forest.
A formless force washed over the area.
It was a Dao Art medium that allowed a Cultivator to control beasts.
Dao Art -- Celestial Beast's Command.
Soon, the surrounding foxes lost their caution as they approached Dawn.
Hundreds turned into thousands.
It seemed the whole group had arrived at Dawn's call.
'The final group...'
Placing her hands on the barrier, she quickly dispelled it to allow the foxes to move out.
Dawn led them out and travelled north, eventually arriving at the northernmost side of Iron Mountain.
There, awaiting her, were two other beast groups: a group of mountain tigers and a group of bears.
Both had similar dark fur, belonging to a species of night-graced beasts.
They were not mystical, like the ones Dawn had encountered before, but were dominant creatures of the later hours.
They were standing apart from one another, in the centre was a Cultivator with short, tied hair with grey flicks.
"Friend Dawn, you have my gratitude for taking up this task."
The man bowed as he thanked.
It was the Settlement lord of Iron Mountain Quarry Settlement.
"Lord, please raise your head, I am only doing my duty."
"It is your duty that will save my Settlement, we are indebted to you, how could I be less humble?"
Dawn felt a poke at her heart.
"I merely do not wish to see a Settlement fall to the conflicts of something greater."
"I understand..."
Before taking his leave, he patted Dawn on the shoulder and wished her a kind journey.
She nodded in response, turning around and raising the Dao Art medium -- Celestial Beast's Command.
As the light shone and ensnared the minds of the countless beast groups, they all submitted to her command.
Unity was brought between them all, and they no longer bared their teeth at one another.
There was no caution needed, for order brought them together.
Dawn called upon the largest of the tigers. Dawn took it as her stead for the travels.
At her command, the group of beasts surged forth.
Intertwining with one another, foxes, bears, and tigers ran in a massive group.
Solely united by Dawn's command.
...
Racing through the forest, the myriad beasts ran around trees and over roots, through thin foliage and across streams.
Dawn's ride was leisurely, but it affected her mind.
Imposing her will across thousands of beasts was truly difficult.
The Dao Art medium allowed her to pull off such a feat, amplifying and spreading her will among the beasts.
Due to the sheer number of them, Dawn's will didn't seem strong enough to command so many.
With the level of control she was exerting, that is.
She forbade difference between the different species, and they were forced to accept one another.
Not just beyond superficial appearance, but total identity.
Dawn led them forth as more than just a group of beasts, but a unified entity.
