Hey guys, this is Suffering speaking.
First of all… I'm sorry.
To everyone who's been waiting, checking in, or even just stumbled back here by accident — I owe you an explanation.
It's been about three months, or so, since the last update.
During this time, I've been wrestling with a mix of emotions: frustration, uncertainty, and that annoying love-hate relationship with my own story. There were moments I genuinely considered abandoning this fanfic altogether — like, wiping my hands clean and disappearing into the void forever.
Not out of spite or laziness, but because I started doubting myself.
Doubting if this story mattered, if my words carried weight, or if it was even worth continuing.
Even though I started this project for fun, the pressure to make it "worth reading" started creeping in. And with that pressure came a strange kind of resentment toward my own creation — I loved it, but I hated where it was going; I saw potential, but I couldn't bring myself to move forward with it.
Trust issues with myself, I guess.
But — and I'm saying this after thinking long and hard about it — I'm coming back.
I'm picking the pen back up. Starting this week, I'll resume publication. The upload schedule isn't set in stone yet (my brain's still in cooldown mode), but the good news is: I already have some chapter skeletons written.
They just need a bit of polishing and revision, so things should pick up fairly smoothly once I get back into the rhythm.
To those who waited, silently or not, thank you.
To those who moved on, I understand.
And to myself — yeah, you did think about quitting, but you didn't.
Let's see where this road leads again.
