Once you reach level 2,500 you can Ascend, but only if you have the necessary feats. The quality of the feat determines what Class your Grade will be, and those classes are the same as the classes listed above.
Basically, if someone was Duke Class and had good enough feats, they'd get the, let's say, Apocalypse classification. They'd get the stat bonuses of that particular rank, almost as if they were on that level, but much more enhanced.
But that also means that those who don't ascend can also reach that level and have similar stats, but the lack of ascension is not going to do them any good.
Even a bad ascension like Rare Class would 2x their stats, Vice General 4x, General etc etc.

—A forbidden monarch-tier skill that weaves psychic threads into enemy minds, enabling control, shared pain, and total domination.
Effect:
Enemies within 100m → 1000m have a 5% → 15% chance per second to become Threaded, reducing Willpower by 2% → 4%/sec. Threaded targets form a psychic network, sharing debuffs and damage at 35% efficiency (Max Links: 10 → Infinite).
Synaptic Hijack: Control a Threaded target for 5s → 25s.

Dodging within 0.3s of an attack causes a [Phase], negating damage and teleporting behind the attacker.

Second Phase Skills:

MP regeneration restores Excess Trell instead.
Excess Trell is tracked separately and cannot be used for any purchases, including the Premium Shop.
