As soon as Morgan announced the Rules and Regulations for the last item there was a buzz in the auction.
Everyone was eagerly waiting to see the final items that could be used as healing agents, even for those in the Foundation Realm.
Morgan slowly took out the sachets which were divided into different groups.
The first batch, divided into 9 groups with 10 sachets each, was placed at the front of the table.
The 100-pack group, consisting of 9 packs, was placed at the back for the next auction.
Everyone was stunned upon seeing them, as they were nothing but traditional tea bags.
"Sir, I don't want to doubt your judgment, but I want to see the proof of the item working."
"If we buy them and then the items are declared fraud afterward, we will be under immense pressure from losing a large sum of money," said a cultivator at peak level Qi cultivation.
He is a famous cultivator who reached the peak of Qi training at a young age, but due to an injury during an adventure, he lost his chance to reach the foundation realm.
Although he is not in his prime and the chances are slim with his injury, he decided to come to the auction after hearing about the medicine that is going to be auctioned which can be used by Qi training apprentices.
"Your doubts are valid, so I will propose a condition, I will take 10 more sachets from this pack and decide to give for 10 peak qi training cultivators."
"And my only condition is you work for the city for 10 years with loyalty"
"If anyone agrees to the condition, they can come forward and test this item to prove that I have not rigged this auction by asking a few actors to act. I will supply the foundation realm participants with one cup of tea, which they can drink and testify to the ability of the tea to heal the wounds and genuineness of the item." Morgan announced.
There was a buzz for 10 minutes in the auction house, and then 10 old men who were sitting in the second-floor guest rooms came down after being selected by the auction participants to test the item.
These 10 men were from different cities and were known as strong independent cultivators in the qi training stage.
Morgan welcomed them onto the stage with a smile and asked them to swear on heaven that they would give an honest review of the auctioned item without any falsehood.
These cultivators hesitated for a moment, thinking Morgan was performing a gimmick and would reward them handsomely for their acting after the auction. But now they knew Morgan was serious. A few backed out at the last minute, and others replaced them, swearing on heaven that they wouldn't falsify the results.
Morgan swore on heaven that the products he provided were genuine, and if he falsely auctioned fake items, heaven might strike him with thunder.
His pledge gained approval from most of the auction participants, convincing many that the items were genuine. However, everyone waited for the results to determine how much they would need to spend to purchase such an item.
After Morgan's oath, the participants took their oath. The servants, who were ready at the side, quickly prepared the tea sets, asked them to be seated, and prepared the tea in front of them.
The ten members watched nervously as the servants prepared the tea, and the entire auction house remained silent for a full minute.
As soon as the tea was made, it was served to the participants, who drank it in one gulp. They then sat cross-legged, following Morgan's instructions, and began meditating while operating their exercise.
Morgan then set up an isolation array to shield them from external noise and waited for the results.
The first person woke up joyfully in 30 minutes, and soon everyone else woke with visible smiles on their faces.
Everyone on the stage had been suffering from qi and blood disorders due to injuries. Now, the disorders were gone, and their faces radiated youthful vigor, ready to build a foundation establishment.
Then they testified the results to everyone in the auction room.
"Thank you for testifying. Come and meet me at the city mansion after the auction, and I'll draft your 10-year employment contract along with your salaries for the next decade," Morgan instructed them before sending them back to their rooms.
"As you have seen the results, I will now ask to serve the tea to the Foundation realm experts and ask them to testify," Morgan spoke.
Soon, the Foundation realm experts tasted the tea and testified to its authenticity with excitement visible on their faces, urging Morgan to start the final auction.
Morgan understood their urgency and quickly presented the tray with 7 packs of tea leaves, each containing 10 sachets.
"Well then let's start the auction of the first pack of tea," Morgan announced.
"10,000 low-grade spirit stones," a guest in room no. 40 announced his bid without even waiting for the starting bid.
As soon as his bid was heard, everyone picked up and started bidding vigorously.
The first packet was soon sold for a grand prize of 100,000 low-grade spirit stones.
The rest of the packs were also sold for 110,000 to 150,000 low-grade spirit stones.
Then Morgan happily put forward the packs which contained 100 sachets.
Just when the Auction was going to start the foundation realm experts asked to speak to Morgan for a minute and asked to come to the side for a moment.
Morgan with doubt went down the stage after giving the guests a small break.
Then in a few minutes, he came back happily and announced the start of the auction.
Morgan then announced, "If anyone can offer a price of second-grade materials, weapons, or pills for these items, the auction will continue. Otherwise, I will cancel the auction and sell them for the private offer I just received." The crowd chatted for a moment but soon fell silent as no one came forward, unable to match such a grand offer.
Morgan thanked everyone one last time for coming to the city to attend the auction and concluded the event.
The servant maintaining order then guided the guests out of the auction house safely and closed it.
Thus ended the first auction Ray attended in this world.
