Vincent who was busy munching on his toast bread just felt gazes boring into his skin and had to raise his head only to be met with six pair of eyes staring right into his face and had to say "what?" to them.
Vincent heard "go ask your son" but pretended as if he was not the son Emelia was talking about and decided to put a slice of toasted bread in his mouth only to felt gazes boring into his skin.
"What did you do to her for her to lose sleep? See her, her beautiful face is now turned into a zombie" Mrs Gladys said brushing her thumb on her smooth black skin that was shining even though she looked like a zombie.
"Uurm…uur…I…" he fumbled with his words as he was not ready to digest his privacy in front of his family as of now.
"Oh come on, what the something I don't want to mention is wrong with you huh? What did you do? Baby, don't pay attention to any devil, come here" Mrs Gladys said as she opened her arms widely gesturing for Emelia to come for a hug.
With the hug ongoing, they turned to look at the direction where the laughing sounds came from and to their surprise, it came from Mr Jonathan who had been quiet for sometime.
After he saw the gazes on him, he began to speak "my dear, you can overreact on little things. What's with this drama happening now" he said as Wendell who always stare on his phone agreed to it shocking everyone.
It seems apart from Samuel, the men in the family can't be over dramatic. On the other hand, it seemed Samuel had a hunched on what had happened but first he had to verify.
Breakfast ended with laughter as they were trying to put Emelia in a good mood even though they didn't know what happened and the only detail they knew was that Vincent was at fault.
Jae Won who had been quiet throughout dinner and immediately walked to his room without looking back. If he did, he would have seen the face Vincent made which didn't escape Emelia's eyes.
She glared at him and all his words were stuck in his throat. Vincent wanted a kiss which would help him go through the hell he was about to go through but it seems the heavens were not on his side today. 'I should have had my fill last night' Vincent thought with scrunched up face.
Samuel followed Jae Won into his room saw the dejected soon to be son-in-law looking like his life had been sucked out of him.
"Jae, did something happened between the three of you?" Samuel asked. He was curious about them but he really was worried for them too.
He doesn't know how their parent would react to such a news about their first son being into men but he was hoping they would come around.
Jae Won sighed so heavily that, Mount Everest could come crashing down by the air that came out of Jae Won.
He sat on the bed with his head lowered which Samuel went to sit besides him with his right hand patting Jae Won's back. With the soothing feeling from Samuel, he began to speak "Em caught us uurm she caught us ki…ooouch, what was that for?"
This was the cry Jae Won led out after he had been smacked hard on the head which Samuel was the culprit.
"I told you two to be careful and now see…you two deserves to beaten with a cane on your butt" he paused and lowered his voice while he came closer to Jae Won.
"Since, you couldn't continue what you wanted to say, I guess she caught you two in an illegal position right?" He asked his gaze fixed on Jae Won's sullen face.
Jae Won nodded in agreement and there was another smacked on his head "hey, watch it. I'm older than you so give me the maximum respect would you?"
"Sorry, you deserved it" he said as he walked to the door "fighting and don't look so sad when you go to school. Even you will look like shit but you still very attractive and I don't want my brother to be jealous. He is the jealous type" he said and before he could make an escape he was called by the driver to be sent to school.
He smirked at Jae Won as he rushed out of the room.
Jae Won, "..."
Who is the older one here, Jae Won or Samuel? Jae Won packed up and went to sit in the car where he was dropped off after Samuel was sent off.
The driver saw the look on his face but decides to keep his mouth shut and do his job he was paid to do.
Jae Won got off and began to walk into the school when he heard a honk. He turned to see what was happening and to his surprise, a car was jeering towards him and he instantly froze.
Unable to move from the way, he watched the car coming towards him where he heard sounds but it was like a background news for him and he stumbled back falling on his butt. With the pain he felt on his butt, an image of a car coming towards him with it's bright light blinding his eyes flashed in his mind.
As the car was jeering faster towards him, he covered his head with his right hand and before the flashback could complete, he felt someone shaking him which brought him back from his trance.
He began to search around and saw the gazes on him. "I'm so sorry, sorry. Did I hurt you?" He asked which resulted into the person helping him unable to restrain his laughter.
Jae Won who had no idea he had now become a comedian raise his head to meet the handsome man with fine cheeks and bright eyes like the stars.
His face could get women bowing to him and his lips that seems to be begging anyone who lay eyes on it to kissed it. With Jae Won muddled mind he blurted out "so handsome".
This made the handsome man laughed out loud again "you are handsome yourself" he said. This made Jae Won realized what he blurted out again and apologized.
"That's cute of you. I almost hit you with my car and you still asked if you hurt me. What a kind fine man you are" he said as he smiled beautifully to Jae Won. With his help, Jae Won rose from the ground and began to dust the invincible sand from himself.
He had even forgotten the images that has flashed back to him and they began to talk.
While Jae Won was making someone laughed, Vincent was been ignored by Emelia which he understood. But this reminded him of what Jae Won had said last night about Charles helping Jae Won.
He needed clarification because he swore Charles was not acting and really like him. He slipped his phone out of his pocket and call Charles.
He wanted to know when he was available so they could have some serious talk. Charles picked up the call on the third ring "hey, did you miss me?" Charles asked, his voice laced with tease.
"You wish. I need to talk to you so…" but he didn't get to finish his sentence when Charles cut him off. "Aren't you talking already?" he said and with a smiling voice Vincent noticed.
"Hahaha, that's funny but I want to talk to you in person, you know one on one. When are you free?" Vincent asked.
Charles who suspected something was up with him and he knew it might be about Jae Won. The feeling he got like he was about to lose Jae Won intensified with Vincent on the phone as of now.
He wanted to lie about being busy but had to man up with what he was about to face. 'Even if I ended up loosing him to someone else, it's better and maybe in the future I will express my feelings out in the open even if I know I might be rejected" he thought as he sighed deeply staring at a blank space.
"I'm free this evening you can come around at the hospital and you know my office right?" He asked the obvious question.
Vincent shook his head in disbelief. What does he take him for? "I remember now goodbye and let me go back to work" he said hanging up on Charles. "Whatever unfolds this evening is what I will accept even if I don't like it" Charles said it to himself.
Back at the school, the new person had helped him to his class as he sat by his side. Well, I should say this but he was staring at Jae Won from head to toe as he sucked in his beauty.
Jae Won felt his stare as he raised his gaze to meet his and gave an uncomfortable smile which didn't escape our new friend here.
With a nervous smile he said, "forgive me for the stare but you are so beautiful. The only thing missing is some boobs and I won't hesitate to hit on you"
Jae Won, "...."
New friend, "oh oh"
