"What??" Jasmine gushed out. Almost immediately, a gunshot resounded, shaking everyone to the core.
"Oh fuck. Get down." Kingsley rushed forward. He covered Jasmine with his upper body as they lowered to the floor.
Jasmine turned pale as her heart took a fast leap in fear. She scurried under the table while Kingsley shielded her with his body.
Kingsley frantically grabbed his phone and dialed Raymond's contact which was immediately answered.
Raymond cursed from the other end. "Boss. What was that?? Are you both safe??"
Kingsley's eyes moved around. People were screaming and running around. The bartenders behind the counters were nowhere to be seen as they also ran for dear life.
"Yes. What about Nicole and her kid??"
"Elliot is with the kids near the swing so I'm positive that he is with Hailey. Nicole is safe here with me." Raymond reported in a hurry.
