This is equivalent to the energy needed to cultivate ten Level 4 demons, and Bai Yan currently has very little demon energy left. After successfully fostering the Abyssal Cerberus last time, there wasn't much demon energy remaining.
"By the way, Xiao Man, how is the project you mentioned last time about establishing channels in Africa and along the river areas coming along?"
