Adeline opened her mouth after the door closed, placing the tray on the bedside table.
"Princess, I was so worried when you suddenly fainted for no reason."
Owen nodded in agreement with her words, showing that he too was equally worried. However, Aristia didn't notice the strange look he passed Adeline.
'She wasn't only worried, but angry too.'
"Princess, you have a daemon. This has never happened before." Adeline turned around.
She was talking about a female owning a daemon which was unheard of. A daemon was something that even proud noble boys desired, and those who had boasted endlessly about it and were praised for it.
Yet, her princess actually had a daemon. Adeline was beyond happy, even feeling proud. Her princess deserved to have and be the best!
Aristia smiled brightly at Adeline, stealing her heart all over again. Adeline clutched her chest like she would die.
[So dramatic.] Aristia shook her head with a smile.
