Chapter 61: Gold digger
Dylan held Isabella in his arms as drifted into his sleep. His huge wings carefully wrapped around his wife, keeping her warm and safe.
'Hahahaha... Husband.. Stop. Hahaha.. Husband'
'Stop.. S-stop tickling.. Husband. Hahaha'
A small smile formed on Dylan's lips as he saw Isabella giggling and laughing in his dream again.
'You cannot run away my wife' A deep voice sounded in the huge white room and two black wings caged the girl on the bed.
The girl pouted but that only made the man laugh and pinch her cheeks cutely.
The girl slapped the hand away but still obediently leaned against the wings in comfort.
'Aww.. Is my wife angry now?'
The girl huffed and looked away. Her cheeks flushed due to the tickling therapy her husband gave her.
'It's okay. I know how to make you happy again.'
The man's large callous hand went to his wife's shoulder and pulled down the soft white cotton fabric draped over her shoulder.
The woman gasped and tried to shield her chest with her hands but the man held them in place and kissed the girl's forehead.
'Husband.. W-We did it just a while ago' The girl spoke softly with a beautiful pink blush on her face.
The man's hand gently stroked her soft cheeks and he bent down to kiss them.
'We did it just a while ago. We also did it yesterday. We also did it day before yesterday. We did it many times before that too. But why is my little wife still so shy? Huh?' The man asked in his deep voice as his unruly hand unwrapped the cloth covering her breasts.
The girl in the man's arms pouted and wiggled in his grip.'This is the only thing we have been doing ever since we got married. I want to go out and play with you. I want to go out - go out - go out'
The man sighed hearing his wife's demand. Fine. What else can he do when she had already decided. He decided to study some new exciting positions so that he won't bore his wife the next time.
He left a gentle peck on her lips and slightly moved away to help her dress properly.
'I love you Amantha.'
'I love you too Draph'
Dylan's eyes fluttered open. The firs thing he saw just like every other morning was Isabella's peaceful face. These dreams had been recurrent for a while now. Though he had some idea of what those dreams might be, he didn't want to dwell on it.
He would rather focus on his present life, with his lovely wife, than get curious about some forgotten memories.
He checked the time and it was six in the morning. He quietly got out of bed and tucked Isabella properly into the blanket and went to fresh up. He also cleaned the living room and kitchen since they straight jumped on to bed last night.

[Sanders Mansion]
"So even you knew about this?" Paige was so disappointed with her mother. Forget about the rest of the family, but her own mother didn't think twice before telling her to chase a married man.
"Ms Grace promised us that they will soon get divorced. She is just some random orphan gold digger. Think rationally Paige." Paige's mother, Jasmine, simply brushed off the topic.
Paige was so done with her family now. She was speechless for a few moments before she laughed out loud.
Even if Isabella is a gold digger, she is Dylan's wife now. Her breaking them apart will be the true definition of a gold digger.
"Are you telling me this out of experience Mrs Sanders?"
SLAP..
Both Paige and her mother glared at each other in anger. Jasmine, because she couldn't digest the truth. Paige, because she was feeling second hand embarrassment for her family.
She couldn't understand why they were ready to stoop so low. Money, power, influence, you name it, Sanders have it. Then why the hell were ready to sell of the only daughter like this?
"Slap me again" Paige said through her gritted teeth. Jasmine looked back at, confused and somewhat cautious because of Paige's anger.
"Stop playing and go back to you room Paige."
"I said slap me again." Paige repeated. This time her voice low and dark.
Jasmine glared at her daughter, trying to scare her, but it didn't work. She was also very well aware of her daughter's anger. Paige, when really angered, was scary beyond description.
Paige scoffed looking at her mother. She had always done her best to respect this woman standing in front of her, but she would not do it anymore. Not when her own conscience would kill her if she agreed to this alliance.
"I refuse this alliance. I will inform father and grandfather. Stop telling those nosy aunties that I am engaged to Dylan." Paige warned. Her usual icy demeanor was now resembling an erupted volcano.
"Deciding that is not up to you. Don't force me to lock you up Paige. That is just a childhood crush. Even Dylan is not serious, else he would have already introduced his wife to everyone. Focus on the bigger picture"
Jasmine said her words of wisdom and left the room. She didn't want to deal with this difficult daughter of hers.
Paige took a deep breathe to calm herself down. She had learned to read people from a very young age. Though she always had trouble controlling her own emotions, she could scan the other person with no error. And she knew Dylan and Isabella were serious in their relationship. She regretted coming back from US.
'I won't let them have their way this time.' Paige told to herself firmly. She would accept marrying that man whore Benjamin and suffer her entire life rather than being a third wheel and be nuisance in others life.
She decided to talk to Dylan tomorrow and get done with this. She will explain the things, make an announcement on her social media that she was not dating anyone, and might be fly back to US.
