Although he might still be a minor character in the eyes of the top brass, in the eyes of ordinary people, he had already become a major figure.
"If there isn't a second Lance family in Golden Port City, then you're definitely talking about me."
The hands they had been shaking were released, and Lance invited them to sit down, "I didn't know what you guys liked to eat, so I didn't order anything...", he snapped his fingers, and a waiter quickly walked over from a distance carrying the menu.
"Don't worry about the cost for my sake; you know I can make good money!"
McCork listened and laughed, "Yes, I know, you all make good money."
"So, shall I indulge in some extravagance today with things I usually hesitate to eat?"

McCork didn't actually order anything extravagant; a steak, a rack of lamb, and some beef cubes.
All of these dishes together only amounted to around fifteen dollars.
