As the space shifted, the Sage of Six Paths urgently shouted to warn Obito.
In a flash, Six Paths Obito looked around in shock at their new surroundings.
The air burned and shimmered from intense heat, and below, steaming magma bubbled and churned.
"I'll destroy you here and reclaim the energy of my Chakra Fruit!"
With a change of scenery, the four of them suddenly found themselves in a volcanic magma world. Kaguya spread her arms wide, exuding naked killing intent.
"Obito, be careful—this is the Amenominaka, the annihilation world Kaguya created."
The Sage of Six Paths coldly revealed intelligence from the battle a thousand years ago, when they sealed Kaguya.
Now, all four were at Six Paths level, able to hover above the ground.
The Prison of Lava—this space was nothing but volcanoes and molten rock.
"Father Shirou, Obito is the weakest—let's take him out first!"
As soon as they entered, Black Zetsu transformed into a sticky liquid. He wanted to analyze the battlefield for Kaguya, but under her gaze, he could only hide inside Shirou's sleeve.
"Understood."
Hearing Black Zetsu's suggestion, Shirou smiled.
Black Zetsu wanted the Sage to taste despair last—but that had nothing to do with Shirou. From a tactical standpoint, taking out Obito first was the best option.

Seeing his attacks blocked, Shirou narrowed his eyes. In the next moment, a terrifying red Susanoo armor materialized around him.
He had previously absorbed Obito's other Mangekyo Sharingan. Now, a huge shuriken appeared in Susanoo's hands.

Feeling threatened, the Sage erupted in rage. In Shirou's sleeve, Black Zetsu was also furious.

She had nothing to refute—her eyes were only cold.
"Husband, today you'll help me reclaim this power."
Honestly, Kaguya was a bit naïve—anyone else would have at least explained things to their side. But knowing her nature, Shirou just smiled.
"Don't worry, Kaguya. This time, he won't escape."
The Lava Prison erupted with a terrifying battle. Boiling magma flew everywhere as if to destroy the world.

Obito roared madly. His Rin had returned; if he won this fight, she would be revived, and they could be together forever.

In his fury, Obito's will shattered Tsukuyomi. Back in reality, he was greeted by Shirou's thunderous attack.
"Obito—DIE!"
Shirou shouted, a terrifying Rasengan forming in his hand.
Lava Style: Rasenshuriken!
"No! That's a Rasengan fused with Tailed Beast power!"
Facing this fearsome Rasengan, Obito's face twisted in terror. But by the time he broke free of the genjutsu, it was too late.
This was the same attack that, in the original story, had cut down the God Tree and made even Madara panic. Now, Obito felt its full threat.
The Sage watched in shock and anger. "Mother—you gave someone else the Tailed Beast power?!"
The Sage was stunned. Kaguya had always been domineering. Back then, he only obtained the Tailed Beasts' power by rebelling. Now, she was giving it away so generously—proving her bond with Shirou was genuine, not just a temporary alliance.
Kaguya's expression was cold and emotionless:
"Since you sealed me a thousand years ago, you're not worthy to call me Mother. Now, I'll bring about your greatest fear. You are nothing but God's Tree energy for me to reclaim."
This time, Kaguya felt nothing for the Sage. In the original, she wept on her return, showing she still cared. But now, with Shirou by her side, she no longer felt alone. Why care for an incarnation of the God Tree's power, when she would have real children in the future?
BOOM!
The magma world erupted, lava flying everywhere—even Susanoo's armor sizzled under the heat.
"Father, Mother! Obito and the traitor together are too tricky—let's separate them."
Black Zetsu, the ultimate schemer, suggested the best strategy: divide and conquer.
"Obito!"
With a shout, the Sage triggered a shift. Kaguya opened another Amenominaka.
One moment, a world of boiling magma; the next, an icy wasteland where even the air seemed frozen.
Massive glaciers filled the new space. Obito's battered Susanoo was tossed into this world.
"My ocular power—Uchiha Shirou, I won't lose!"
Kamui!
The previous Rasengan destroyed Obito's Susanoo, but he frantically used his Mangekyo eye to open a rift.
This left the Sage to face Kaguya and Shirou alone. If he lost, he'd lose Rin forever.
The Kamui space rippled, opening a rift to another world.
Because Kaguya's Amenominaka were interconnected, their boundaries were weak—Kamui could open a path between them.
"Found it!"
With a cry, Obito saw the magma world through the rift. Lava raged everywhere, and the Sage was being beaten down.
When the space opened, a wave of searing heat swept into the frozen world.
"Uchiha Shirou!"
Obito didn't hesitate—he roared and charged through the rift.
"No! Obito!"
As Obito charged back into the magma world, the Sage's face turned to horror. He shouted urgently.
In his eyes, Obito was totally under genjutsu, running headlong into another world.
"Obito, close your eyes—that's Shirou's genjutsu!"
Kyoka Suigetsu!
Under the power of this hypnotic eye, Obito mindlessly charged into the other space. The moment he snapped out of it and turned, he saw Shirou's mocking smile.
So, it was all an illusion. From beginning to end, he'd been trapped by Shirou.
"You fell for it, you idiot."
Shirou's mocking smile left Obito realizing he'd walked right into the trap.
