Hikari produced her staff and stood up from the table. She closed her eyes and gathered magic into the shape of a small box. A golden cube hung in the air between her and her mama. "You can consider me mostly a healer. Though, I am proficient in magic as a whole."
The woman smiled. "It seems my little girl has become something incredible."
Hikari returned her mama's grin. "I'm not nearly half as incredible as my friends."
Aiko stood from her booth and glanced out the window towards the park. "Those are your friends, aren't they?"
"How did you…"
"Please, I wasn't born yesterday. Those girls have something unique about each of them. One of them wears a witch hat. Another of them has cat ears. Another has horns and a tail, and the last one has vivid red eyes. A vampire, I presume?"
Hikari laughed and nodded. "That's right."
"Which is the lucky girl who asked you to marry her?"
