After the Chaos Flame reached Tier 6, Kent decided to leave. His aim was Tier 7, but it would take some time before he could get enough spirit flames to upgrade his flame.
This meant that if he wanted to first reach Tier 7 before leaving, he might be too late to get to Elarion.
So he placed a pin in his hunting now, knowing he would come back soon enough to continue his hunt. For now, getting back to his mission was the priority.
Kent started carving his way through the Valley. On his way, he encountered some dangerous flame-type beasts, even managing to kill one that possessed a spirit flame.
Kent managed to get his soul flame stronger yet again while he moved through the core section of the valley. The Flame Valley is vast and filled with danger, but since he wasn't there to hunt to his heart's content, his movement was in a straight line.
